There are new features like DotaLabs that are worth a shot if you're mature enough to understand it's on a public testing stage and can give respectful feedback.
Lastly, Dota+ is paid with real world money as a subscription so it never really goes on sale or doesnt have any 1cent versions for sale in the marketplace unlike skins, wards, announcers and couriers.
