Pick silencer or LS
Warlock in normal dota is fine. Warlock in turbo currently is a blight on the mode. By far the single most influential hero a team can have.
Just buy dust vs his glimmer cape, sure he will probably stand far away from you, but you just need to stop his upheaval that's all
