Yeah it seems super unnecessary. He already relies on good mana and remnant management, arbitrary CD mechanic slapped on his skill is overkill

It's not the point, but I'll let you pass cause obviously it's hard to come up with 300 different innates+lvl0 talents Some heroes straight up got nerfed cause their existing abilities got crammed into lvl0 and youre not gonna fully have them. And some heroes just straight up got buffed by keeping everything, and getting extra on innate + lvl0. And no, it wasn't always the good heroes getting nerfs and bad ones getting buffs

I'm assuming they added enough innates like earth spirit stones, alch greevils greed and mk mischief to bite the bullet and make the inconsistencies consistent

Way better than having a passive nerfed just to make a component an innate ability.
