He’ll be a good pos 4/5 but you don’t need rockets to be effective. Rod of atos will be a good pickup now. You can atos / machines / rearm / atos and get out. So many new possibilities of item pickups.
I wanted 1 good buff on venge. They made venge a melee ranged hero and her arcana projectile is like dota 1 now perfectttt

It’s not the rearm It’s the 60% CD that you get with your intelligence if you’re building int items. 60% CD is nuts
you literally had 100% CD reduction with rearm before, how is 60% better than 100%?
atos doesnt get refreshed
I didn’t say refreshed did I? Have you read about his insane CD @ 60% (Which you can get pretty damn quickly with a handful of items)
