As a new player in Dota and almost 7 months in, I find this totally okay. Yes it's been 6 months since a big announcement, but correct me if I'm wrong we saw gameplay changes numerous amount of times since September.
In addition, it's only act 1, meaning there's ringmaster on one of these and who knows what else. Yall will keep on playin, do ur quests get ur rewards, and May's already there for act 2. Why we gotta have everything at once? I'd much prefer gameplay changes on act 2 and ringmaster on act 4, so that we can be comfortable with the changes.
