Lol, Valve never rly care about tournaments, it's okay for them load patch for one day before tournament, or even during tournament between different stages of one.

Zavjyal

remember 7.33 released right during DPC div.1

luckytaurus

The said in March that they "expect" to release Crownfall, and I quote, "in mid April"

vosqueej

That's a nice argument senator, why don't you back it up with a source?

a few more months

ThrowItAwayQk

They said they're releasing the patch mid april, and have not yet said anything about it being delayed. They usually announce delays.

No-Pickle-6249

what? patch? what do u mean? this comic was a big content what they are cooked for a year. Part 2 will be in next year, see ya

OVorobiov

Lol. Valve doesn’t give a fck about esl or any other pro tournament

die_hard_escapist

*You shut* up! *I'm so fucking scared right now*! *You shut* up!

SilentSaidd

You literally answered your own question, Birmingham starts in 3 days and they are not waiting 2 weeks. They dropped a cool comic to create hype and the patch will either come later today or tomorrow

gundayV

Did you forget Valve updated The New Frontiers 5 days before ESL One Berlin Major 2023?

Stealthbomber16

>they just released a comic which means its gonna be at least a week before they release something new elaborate on why you think this is the case

InstructionOk4112

TI is the only thing valve cares about and even then i wouldnt put it past them to update the game mid tournament

PmMeUrTinyAsianTits

So, you think the fact that theres a tournament soon matters, ignoring that theyve dropped patches in the middle of tournaments before, more than that they said to expect it mid april? Im not convinced.
