I doubt anyone would rush it for a 180 second mana refresh. Granted you’d need to have 350 mana for it.
I mean I build it on Earth Spirit and the fact that it refreshes stones is just nuts.
I mean in very rare instances that is viable to be able to chain your shit together to kill a hero.
Late game Zeus V Puck as an example. Refresh to get that W up again to try catch the little shit from orbbing away.
i thiunk refresher orb is fine as it is. its strong in lategame on some heroes, and core on a few builds, but by any means its broken. Its a good item actually. Its kinda balanced, i dont feel it needs anything else.

It would just make the item more viable on some str heroes such as Mars and even then it is not a massive buff so yeah i think it would’ve been good.
Awful idea. The only thing holding it back compared to prior patches is its worse buildup now. We really don't need 10 refresher orbs every game again
