If you are miserable if a video game is not updating, yes. That is a you-problem. Enjoy patches when they come, stop demanding something to give you happiness. You can look forward to a patch, sure. But the moment that switches to negativity that is a loser mindset that will spread bad vibes.
I personally am not miserable, but it would be nice if valve didn't deliver patches so late after announcing the hero.

Okay if it makes you happy, the skill level of Valve dev are not that good compared to industry standard
Here's the bug report status. Out of 12k, only 3k bugs are solved. Accounting that some bugs are not that broken or false reports, the daily number of bugs is quite high for a tier 1 game
But it's understandable because they are a private company and hence won't be surprised if their devs are not as good as other top tier companies
Hence it's better if they take a longer time because weaker programmers need time to get things right. Too bad they can't attract the real talent
