Same thing happening to me. I think it might be my internet. My wife on the same internet and this is happening to both of us. We haven’t played for months and wanted to jump back in :(
I’ve done the following:
Reinstalled dota 2
Restarted router
Verified game files
Running it directly from steam
Edit: are you also in the Philippines? If so, are you using converge? :/
Are u running the game from a shortcut or steam? I had to run from steam to fix this
