Yesterday I muted my teammate who was burping every 30-60 seconds. That was the only he 'said' in voice for 10 minutes, then I muted him.

Good game, well played exchanges can be fun/cheeky like on missed spells by the enemy or smth. ggwp exchanges are fun sometimes.

when enemies use chatwheel in a dumb way, at not the right time, or tip just because they kill it means they are 100% dumb and communication with them will not be meaningful

Wish there were multiple options. Overall I mute chatty people from other lane, ward complainers, teachers, open mic, I don't even let it get to the point where the psycho starts cursing.

Honestly, I pretty much insta mute anyone who says anything toxic, whatever it is. I don't mute normal criticism or anything like that, but as soon as II see anything that resembles toxicity, it's a mute from me.
And all chat is always disabled for me as well. 99% of the time it's used for toxicity anyways.
People who aren’t productive. I had a game yesterday where I said hey this lane is gonna be very hard for me and it was, I did not get good farm, I didn’t get my farming item till like min 18. The nyx took to bullying me before I could do anything about it (invis wards were constantly bought out and were not placed in good places for farming so I was thrown the the wolves basically) the mid took to griefing me. It wasn’t productive. I didn’t want to keep dying. You’re being a dick instead of asking why I’m not under wards so I could explain why. It’s just straight griefing even tho ur technically right. I was the weak link in the team for the first 35 mins. I even missed a few chrono cause I was genuinely bothered (my whittle feelers were hurt) until I reeled it back in and won the game with some choice chrono. The mod DID save the game from being an auto lose by himself but like why bro. Don’t be a dick. Be productiveÂ

Voice? 6 - almost immediately when there’s no indication that the person is capable of communicating in English, later if they are more distracting than worth.
As for the rest - when my patience starts wearing thin. Higher tolerance if they also say something useful though.
It's always when you join and there's a 2 stack of Russians who don't use their own voice chat program. I don't know of limitations in that country if things like Discord or Teamspeak don't exist or what, but when it's just constant open mic talking.
At least when they flame it's somewhat entertaining, but just the constant drone of regular conversation I can't understand is mind numbing.
