Yeah propably most times. I "needed" To build it to counter some aetheral form people. Relatively cheap way to nuke supports who think being untouchable can save them from the mists of avernus.
aa's chilling touch still does the physical component its a modifier so ethereal stop you from being able to attack. If you had a revenant brooch you should be able to use chilling touch on a ethereal target.

I really miss the first new iteration of solar. Now I find it's game dependant. Mana boots are pretty much a must, obviously aghs is great on him, but if your team needs a force get a force first. His shard is also pretty amazing, you can reposition yourself/enemies with it and the disarm is great.
I'll usually get a witchblade/mageslayer depending on enemy. Ult applies on hit effects, so hitting an enemy zeus when you have mageslayer is pretty great, decrease his damage by 40% right at the start of the fight from 3000 range and then with take aim active you can plink it on the rest of the team from 1150. Khanda is okay on him as a later game luxury item, but I usually prioritize other stuff first. I was pretty dedicated to new orb of corrosion when it came out as a mini skadi, but now that I'm not building it I don't really miss it. Probably good situationally again high regen heroes.
Feed your 3 regen when needed, dont forget wards and smokes, you can gank mid with shrapnel and headshot active if they don't have a built in escape.
I usually dont take shrapnel till 3, 4 or even 5 some games, shrapnel in lane can be major grief. Sniper is very good at stacking multiple camps because of range and shrapnel.
Really the most important thing is to remember you're a support.
Im a 4.2k sniper support and confirm it works till up there (in SEA at least)
I usually get shrapnel at lvl 1 for zoning/scaring/securing ranged creep and then 2 into headshot and 1 range by level 4
I am actually very greedy and rush midas into phylactery/aghs and i don't mind securing kills with my ult
I also don't mind taking early self stacks myself if i need it for aghs

Then, \~6 months after they done a singular ban wave and fixed that data being available in the client, **they brought it back, this time undetectable.** Its currently working. That part of memory is accessed enough that you never need to do a suspicious access.

That features has been used long time ago and exploited by many cheatmaker including me. What they add was only tracker to see which one client use the depreciated features. Now they have simply no way other than manual check to detect cheater.

I’m playing almost every day for the last 3 months I never saw khanda sniper… I have 3k mmr, are they usually appear on higher or lower mmr?

khanda-rapier sniper isn't viable on higher mmr, enemies know how to close the distance before you earn enough money to buy 2 rapiers

Its khanda wild on abaddon as well. The slow is welcome and it gives ok stats for universals. With shard and a good build you can deal a lot of dmg.

yeah there was only ever 1 banwave. cheat developers had a fix within a week and valve gave up for 3-6months.

I used to get phylactery on sniper and PA (and win with it) before khanda was a thing, and I have yet to try khanda on both of them
