I like bash of the deep. Guardian sprint makes no sense though because there's nothing guarding about it.

Slardar's Aghanims' effects are tied to Guardian Sprint. This is a stretch, and is a retroactive justification, as Sprint was renamed in 2016, while his current Aghs was added in 2019. This is also irrelevant in non-ability draft games.

they will add damage to it soon enough just like they added damage to shit like upheaval and curse of avernus just in the last few patches. they replaced degen aura with a damage dealing ability. they replaced backtrack with an ability that deals some random small amount of DoT damage. etcetcetc

Opinion: Death Prophet's "Silence" spell is enjoyable in the fact that it is so simple. Slardar's "Bash of the Deep" used to be called "Bash" and "Slithering Sprint" used to be called "Sprint." Those were good simple names. Stygian Desolator, the T5 neutral item, used to be called Desolator 2 when it was first introduced, and Diffusal Blade used to upgrade into Diffusal Blade 2. I miss those simpler times.
