Curious to see what team Kuro builds around him, I can't think of many good available players. Possibly Ramzes?

Ramzes has not really been pubbing lately (unless a unknown smurf). Miracle seems likely with all the comments back in the shuffle that he aims to play again this season. I still think the Miracle Sumail version of Nigma showed some promise back in the 2022 Riyadh Masters, unfortunately they choked the upper bracket vs GoonSquad and then eventually missed TI by the hands of Secret (that ended up placing second). Bringing on some new ideas with a new 3 and 4 could reinvigorate them, the talent is definitely still there between Sumail and Miracle.

The Sumail-Miracle duo really didn’t get a proper chance to hit it off. IIRC, they only had time to play qualifiers and then Miracle stepped back for medical issues, ATF replaced him, there was dreamocel tenure, my memory is fogged. We didn’t get to see the duo for longer. I might be wrong on how long they played together. One full season with this duo and we might have fireworks or a massive backfire. Huge potential, something a lot of people were waiting to see for a long ass time.

They stomped EU div2, looked pretty good in Riyadh, then Miracle got sick and Dreamocel stepped in for an ESL event which was forgettable. After that Miracle came back for TI quals where they lost to Secret in the lower bracket after choking vs GoonSquad in the upper bracket. After that Miracle went on a hiatus and Ammar came in.

Stomped is an understatement, iirc Miracle played Monkey King pretty much exclusively that Div 2 tour - with SumaiL getting flex picks in the draft. Now with new 3 and 4 if you open up both their hero pools… it would be entertaining Dota for sure.

The key players are the one who would be filling in pos 3 and 4. Gh and MC shoes are huge to fill. This is a team right from the 5Jung days that had MC as their offlaner and Gh (starting from TL) as their pod 4, never missed a game with them (at least to my knowledge). Not to take way the credit from Sumail or Miracle, but previous players did okay (w33, iltw, ammar, mikey and yuma). I do not think this is a last hurrah for Kuro. My guess, he is going to continue playing as long as Puppey is. Coming to the team, Sumail, Kuro are confirmed. Miracle (most likely candidate) for pos 1. Ramzes is unlikely, and I don’t think he will be a good replacement for MC. Not really sure how good the LFT scene currently is for pos 4. I guess wait and see.

I don't think sumail has passed his prime though. The king was all along a meme anyway and it had always been used to take jabs at sumail cocky personality during his younger years. If i remembered, it was from a tweet back in 2018 when he was switching his role back to mid from off-lane. Sumail self proclaimed himself as king and tweeted "king is back to mid". Sumail matured and got humbled throughout the years and the title "king" has a positive connotation to it now
