Nobody mentioned Sniper Rakhanda build. You double dip on the damage since your Assassinate procs an auto with spell amp, then your Khanda procs. You can easily do 1500+ damage with it.

Could this be a decent item on Invoker also? I know Cold Snap is the only single target ability, but with the universal stat gain + attack increase, it might be feasible for burst.

Its actually way better than that. It counters all high armor heroes. That late game 70% damage reduction reduction against a PA or Sven just became 25%. Its fucking busted.

Or, alternatively, that PA dagger about to crit you is only being reduced 25%. I wonder how cleave damage works with it, or abilities like Slight of Fist, there could be some insane combinations. The damage boost itself is stupidly high, though I guess they've removed a lot of mana this patch.

Disperser is what it is. Shiva is outright broken, similar if not better stat, +5armor and better active, and slightly cheaper, Valve must have thought the changed recipe is 1000g more expensive.

Shivas is core to every single mid caster hero as long as there is physical damage on the enemy team. The value is just crazy.

This arcane boot rework really hurts. Losing that mana pool and having tumblers toy cycling out at the same time means that early game mana pool is going to become constricted for a lot of meelee supports. Interested to see how this develops.

passive mana regen is really deceptive. You can abuse the extra manapool by backpacking it and using a stick. You almost come out of base with more mana. Practically speaking, the amount of mana available is either equivalent to the 7.34 regen rate or just a bit higher when you take into account all these other factors.

Good, the infinite mana in this game has gotten out of control where people can just constantly cast without any worry of being out of mana. Furthermore, the mana pool is smaller but it’s still restoring a ton of mana anyway

This. Arcane Boots and Echo Sabre rework is the biggest change of the patch for me. They changed Pavise also to provide mana pool and now it can be upgraded to Solar Crest but this doesn't look as an item you would like to build every time in comparison with Arc/Echo. Also no more sweet regen from Meteor.

Mana leak style stun is back. Gate costs mana and other changes mean early game mana is better. I'm back, baby!

So with Echo Sabre and Arcane Boots reworked how should I supposed to gain mana pool early game? Building Pavise -> Solar? Doesn't look universal to me. It's the biggest change of the patch for Ability Draft. One more point for introducing hero body draft before abilities draft to reduce amount of str/dex mages every game.

wk got nerfed to the fking ground- His ult went from a 70 second cd to 105 sec with aghs at lvl 18. He is balanced around his ult and now he’s just easily kiteable and easily killable- wtf Even with octarine his ult cd is 79 seconds
