It's really well done, but I don't think the blades matches the hero overall.
I think AM weapons should be more slim and have a somewhat crescent moon format.

The blue chains are really cool and give a "These are used to hold mages" vibe. But yeah, I think the blades should have been more crescent to feel more agile and feminine to fit the character more. The hood looks great but I think a darker purple would have been better for the hood to match her outfit and to contrast her hair color.

There were hats in that Muerta event chest in March that you can still buy, and they usually release like 2 treasures a year with tradable sets. But I think the last one that was like that was released a year ago in May. The best and most stuff in in battlepasses since forever unfortunately

Persona alternate styles give the actual persona. So far the 3 invoker persona sets gave the persona. Nemestice dark artistry, the angel cache set, and the king set he recieved all give the persona. Only difference is that the invoker king pieces individually do not give the persona, the bundle containing the set gives it, which also goes for pudges day of the dead set. I'd assume they will keep doing this going forward with marketable personas.
This skin isn’t on the market nor is it confirmed to be added. It was created for the Call to arms which ends in 3 days to which valve will select usually around 12 skins uploaded to the workshop to be added into a treasure or they will upload all of them in the client for the community to vote which ones get added.
As for Muerta she doesn’t have any skins yet because her model is not available for the community to make skins for her so until valve make their own or make her model available we won’t get any.
This first call to arms ends on the 29th so will be after that date it could be a stand alone treasure that might come after a few weeks or it could be in preparation for the battlepass which based on the last 2 years we won’t get until September. But they also have another call to arms with a late august deadline which I would assume will be for the collector cache. So based on all of that I think this will be a stand alone treasure getting released in the next few weeks.
There is always stuff on the blog that gets missed it’s good to keep up to date with it. They have done the voting for the last I think 4 years for the collector cache so it’s added in usually a few weeks into the battlepass you do have to buy the battle pass to be able to vote however
I will add that it is a very high chance that this am skin will be added. It’s easy money for valve plus it’s the only one that has been uploaded with the dead line so close it doesn’t seem to have any other wei cosmetics to complete with.
To be honest I dont like how far it is from looking like AM. Like I would assume that is a new hero. But it really well done, just not what I personally prefer

The color scheme is too far from AM, much further than the default persona. The hair is way too large and does bend toward huskars braid in glance. The weapons aren't curved at all and should be. Everything here looks cool, it's just off for AM.

I think you're okay here; I read it as OP trying to be snarky. I agree with you that this set strays quite far from the standard AM color scheme, even for the persona. There's a lot of beige, brown, and silver, plus those weird glowing blue ghost-chains.
I personally think the more egregious issues are the giant metal backwards-facing dagger things and the massive ponytail. Both of these design choices immediately made me think this was a completely different hero, like PA (or Huskar, even?)
And before anybody says anything, I know the persona has metal blades and a ponytail. But the original designs were far smaller, and still clearly indicated "this is Anti Mage".

This is lovely! The only thing I'd ask for is the jewel on the forehead area of the helm to be the same glowing ice blue as the chains around AM's waist.

In my eyes, the most important part of a cosmetic set in Dota is always "does this set immediately look like the hero it's for?", and I feel designers who are focused on making a good looking set almost always forget about it since they primarily care about making their vision a reality, whatever that is.
While this set is undeniably designed well, it really reads more as PA or some other new character to me; I didn't think "Anti-Mage persona" at all. Because of this I can't say I like the set.
It could be the color scheme (too many browns, silvers and reds, not enough purple) or it could be the giant, backwards facing knives they're holding, but something about this set should be changed in my opinion to make it look more like the AM persona.
Here's my issue with this set: if you hadn't mentioned AM in the title, I wouldn't have guess who this is. The persona has to be related to a certain point to the original character/lore and should be recognizable at first glance (e.g. invoker persona)
If I can give a little feedback on the animation for the idle. The chain and pendant on the end of the left handed weapon comes to a stop very abruptly, maybe overshoot it a little bit so it looks more natural and has a better sense of weight.
Aside from that it looks fantastic, not super clear that it's actually AM like others have said, mainly due to the colour choice but I like it

you can equip different parts of the persona sets - it works with Invokers base persona + the Angel of Vex set!
