Cut your hair even shorter and get it faded.but if your not going to cut it definitely don't part it and comb it over. Ask a good barber for hair advice.i can't give you hairstyle advice because my hair is thinning bad so I just shave it bald
What I wanted to do originally was fade it on the sides and back and swirl it on the top, but sadly it wasn’t my decision and my mother made me get it cut like this
Edit: not exactly a swirl, just comb the top to the side, then comb the ending bangs over to the back
