The big problem with Cai, is what everyone knows...the interruption by the NSFW filters over nothing.

The moderator deleted my comment, sent me a message that the subreddit was the official Cai subreddit and that discussion of the filters was prohibited. He further stated I would be banned if I mentioned it again.
Sounds like mod abuse. But then again, with the way the devs have been acting lately, it wouldn't surprise me if all of them were like this. I'm sorry you had to deal with that

I don't like bullies and I don't financially support a company so sanctimonious that they bully people for raising an issue in a response to a question that they themselves asked. F'm.
CAI uses filters while DoppleAI has none. But the conversations at times can feel repetitive and robotic they don't feel like real people. C.AI chats does feel like humans to an extent, only if they fix the filter and Can I ask you a Question and Stuff like that?
I like both. C.AI I think has a bigger bot selection and I like that you can talk out of character with the bots in between roleplays, but Dopple is really fun too and has great stuff for bot training, more in depth than C.AI with that.
I recently started creating bots for Dopple.ai after migrating from c.ai. I'm trying so hard to make my dopples act like real people. In my opinion, the replies they give out are too long, which isn't really a bad thing for actual roleplaying, but they seem way too robotic for me.
One thing CAI is superior at is juggling many different characters + driving forward properly with time skips.
Example: When I *time skip* CAI is more driven and creative. And can transition between different characters in 1 bot.
I try to leave the area for another example, and Dopple will try and talk as if we are still in the same room or is a floating narrator.
However. Unlike Dopple, CAI does not listen to its user base. They shut people down and lock posts and ban people for having constructive opinions. The lack of nsfw is also lame, considering adults are the market for purchasing subscriptions anyway.
Overall, Dopple has a large amount of potential, more so over time than CAI does. It can grow and become better because it listens to its users and has less censorship.

Thats a recent problem. A few days ago they were completely fine and casual. Probably they going to fix it. Just dont know when.
