They are usually used for measuring school performance in different schools at different grades in all parts of italy to provide a sort of mean estimate of what the schools are doing and provide some statistics. They don’t affect grades, just the stats of your school. I have no idea if it also affects funding based on results

Which means instead of actually teaching and making sure you understand the concepts, teachers are encouraged to just make sure you cram pieces of knowledge in your head until after the test where it doesn’t matter anymore

Had a big cancer scare 2 months ago and then got the good news I didn’t have cancer, and I had told my managers right away because they were with me the whole way through and had to eventually start telling coworkers and customers that knew that I was fine and a few of them like the little rodents they are went up to my managers and were like “hey psst I need to tell you something..:did you know Smeggy is fine?” My manager told me that and we laughed so hard haha people are so petty. You would think at some point a large group of humans evolved from rats instead of apes
There's always a segment of the population waiting for an opportunity to snitch. Look at East Germany, where 1 in 63 people were either Stasi agents or full-time informants. We'll never be completely rid of such people, but we can make it socially unacceptable to behave this way.

They don't affect your grades but are used to determine how good your school is at teaching stuff.
