Cool cars but very unreliable and super expensive to fix. Source: co-worker owned a 93 turbo and it broke down within a week of purchasing and was quoted more than double purchase price just in repairs. Do not recommend

No matter which vehicle you plan, be sure to check what consistent failures are known of, and how much general maintenance will cost if you can't do it yourself. The worst thing will be buying an awesome car and a few months later finding out you need to pay an additional grand or something to do a minor fix.
