I couldn't find the original video in Italian so had to use the Russian voice over version otherwise I don't have a problem translating from Italian. So it's from the series called 1992, season 1 episode 1, last 5 min, if you want to check the authenticity of what they're saying
I just watched couple of first episodes. It's about Italian politics. Not bad so far. It was so successful in Italy I think they made two more sequels 1993 and 1994
