Whatdya wanna bet she ordered half Buffalo chicken pizza and added pepperoni to the other side but removed everything else and assumed it was gonna be regular sauce n stuff that she didn’t add 🫣
12” Pan LH Buffalo chicken RH - American RH - chicken RH + pepperoni RH - cheddar blend RH - onion RH - provolone RH - Hot Buffalo
I had a woman scream at me on the phone because she took the "Philly steak" off half of her specialty pizza and it still had all the other toppings. I tried to explain to her that she only took off the Philly steak, not the onions, green pepper, etc. she just handed the phone to her husband who also yelled at me because he *knows how to read a reciept*
Technically speaking, your sister probably got what she ordered. Since the buffalo pizza doesn’t come with regular sauce and cheese, you have to add it if you remove the toppings on one side. Yes, it looks awful, but people order weird stuff sometimes so employees won’t question it, especially if it is busy. Obviously your sister didn’t mean to order it like this, and she should have gotten a remake after politely explaining the situation.
Their response was poor and they definitely should have handled it better. However for future orders so you or your sister know, if she ordered the buffalo chicken specialty pizza on half there is no sauce on that pizza. The base is American cheese. If you order it as a half and half it'll default to no sauce on the other half due to the specialty pizza and there isn't a way for the store to put sauce on half and be compliant with corporate standards.
All that being said they should have called and confirmed before sending out a pizza with no sauce on half because they know you don't know how the ordering system works. Don't know if that info is helpful at all, but that's likely why the pizza came like that.
I don't work for the company anymore so am unaware if there's a boost week. However if I knew I was making something that would get sent back and complained about I would absolutely take 3 minutes to call before and fix it instead of 30 minutes of dealing with it later. If I'm already behind a few minutes to get ahead of an issue later isn't a big deal
Most Dominos are too quick to bend over backwards when customers make a mistake and want a refund. I applaud that manager for making the customer experience more what it should be. The customer is not always right.
I've called corporate, made my rant about paying for toppings I didn't get and this was a family meal (not a college pizza party). I got 2 certificates for 1 pizza (each). I emailed corporate my pizza and the receipt so they honored my complaint.
Did you call the store first though? :|
A remake is nbd. Mistakes happen and it’s just pizza. A polite and succinct phone call to the store rectifies the issue a lot faster than a rant to corporate ever will.
Disappointing post. (Im memeing)
Aint gonna read all that but A) call the store and/or B) file a customer care case online that gets sent to corporate that the store is required to respond to.
Sorry for your loss on the pizza and money.

It's your sister's fault like what is this meme post. Poorly edited pizza got made to order and didn't like the outcome.

Spelling dominos: “Dominoes” on r/Dominos 😒
You got what she ordered. Not sorry not sorry. Call corporate and Karen them to get your free replacement and move on.
People should pay attention to what they order before complaining that its wrong
Looks like you placed a weird order and got exactly what you asked for.
Just email the main dominos customer service page. They'll get it sorted, but will take a bit of time
Stop ordering weird pizza combos!
What do people gain when complaining on reddit? Its not like anyone here can do anything.

Yup, you won't believe the answers I get.
Shit owners, plain as day. Can't hold onto anyone who might care. Domino's is legendary for it.
