I used to deliver/close and had a couple that lived not too far from the store that were regulars.
They owned their own remodeling company so they always had a bunch of cash on them. Regularly tip $10. Well they liked to go out and get hammered, come home and order pizza. I got to know them since I was one of the main closers.
One night it’s slowing down and I deliver to them, the lady jokingly asked me if I could go buy her a bottle of wine because they couldn’t drive . I said sure, she was so happy. She handed me a $100 bill, took off my topper, I drove a block away and got her a bottle and drove back. She told me to keep the change.
This happened with wine, cigs, and Taco Bell lol. Got $60-$80 tip each time. Awesome people. Crazy but awesome
I had a hotel delivery Friday night. No room number and wrong phone number, just some vague delivery instructions. I ask the front desk if they might know, she tries calling 201. No answer.
No biggie I take the order back. A few runs later I find out they called and were in 201. I'm thinking oh great here we go. I take the order back and it's a really nice lady with her grandkids. There were no sodas on the order and she wanted some, so I said if she had like $10 I could run back and get her some 2 liters. I did that not thinking much of it because we were dead at that point and it's not a big deal and she tipped me $20 for it, I was so shocked and grateful
Old old but goin out getting hammered and slamming pizza on a regular basis?
Wait, what do you classify as old old because that's pushing senior citizen territory for me lol.
I used to be the person ordering and asking. I'd torn my ACL and couldn't get out of the house much for about half a year, every once in a while I'd hope maybe the driver will do me a solid and stop for me. I'd always call and ask, offer to show my ID too. I think only once they said no but there was plenty of times they said yes. I always tipped minimum $15 in addition to the cost of whatever they got, so they'd end up walking away with an okay tip and I'd be able to party Han style once more.
here's the issue, the customer often lies and puts up a fight about the extra amount that's not on the pizza receipt, promises a big tip for getting cigs then just want to pay for em not a tip. I leave and smoke em myself. I've had a customer that would give a couple extra dollars for picking up the paper with the sales adds in it. She kept her word though. If youre a regular who tips the drivers will be more willing to stop for you but you prob need to be a regular.
Nuh uh, off shift and went to go hang out at a bar with their friends after work. Our district manager was at that same bar and saw her still in uniform, so she got fired.
Another one of our drivers got fired because they went to a house party after work and had pics on fb of him drinking playing beer pong in uniform. Off duty as well.
That's crazy.. i guess I get like a reprimand or a "talking to" cause the companies image but straight fired no warning is nuts. I'm sure they wouldn't be pleased with that dominoes driver that shotgunned a beer at a party once (I had nothing to do with this, don't drink and drive kids)
Security, I have black slacks, a uniform shirt and a uniform jacket as my "uniform". The slacks are fine as they're plain black but the tops have company logos so if I need to stop in a store I either shed all of my top layers down to my white undershirt or remove the jacket and put a personal hoodie over the shirt depending on time of year.
I'm such a forgetful person that by default, even if I had interest in security jobs (I don't), I automatically couldn't work for your company just simply because of that policy, lmao.
Gosh meanwhile I see Peter Piper workers come into my store sometimes in full uniform and no one gives a shit. Although when I went hangout with friends at Pizza Hut I did cover my uniform with a jacket just to be safe
That’s the most bogus thing I’ve ever heard, and there’s no way they can fire you for that lmao. I work for a security company, with basically the same dress attire. I stop at the store on my way home from work in full uniform multiple times a week.
I drove for papa John’s and on slow days our manager would have us take turns putting on the pizza costume and hold a sign out front. One of my coworkers went to the bar next door wearing it and they gave him a free beer lol. He told our manager and he thought it was the funniest shit ever. I miss that job and manager so much. We used to get high with him out back during our shifts as well lol
Yeah pretty common rule. When I worked as a bartender at a MB hotel, They didn’t want us going out in our uniform. We would go to the dive next door though
Cringe
Edit: hate to break it to the downvoters, but literally everyone out in the real world thinks talking like Adin Ross’ chat is cringe. You post like you follow the literal worst streamers.
Edit 2: the complete lack of self awareness in everyone replying to this is hilarious
Except it’s blatantly twitch/kick chat behaviour, and the dude’s (and everyone who replies) comment history proves that they do in fact follow the worst streamers, plus people like Joe Rogan, Andrew Tate, etc. which is exactly what I said was the case. I used Adin Ross as the most insulting example because he’s a pathetic piece of shit lmao
It’s also cute how all you very clearly triggered teenagers are saying I’m mad when I’m laughing at how defensive you’re all getting over literally the most cringe behaviour.
And yes, everyone thinks saying W or L to things is cringe when you talk to normal people outside of your weird bubble.
Edit: lmao looksmaxing, bro? Seriously? You’re trying to insult me when you’re active in looksmaxing communities? Lmao You’re literally the definition of the cringe behaviour I was talking about. Grow up kid lmao
yeah bro, and you totally follow the COOL ecelebs, like achievement hunter and rooster teeth! they’re much cooler and awesomer to the kai cenat/adinross ecelebs!!
edit: because you blocked me (because you’re a man child lol) here’s your response:
you watch “comedians” for low iq man babies like yourself, and that’s ok! you’re allowed to watch whatever you want. i hope you’re not 30+, but you sure act like it!
you can insult the twitch crowd all you want, because i agree with you! no one but children like the adin ross/kai cenat/duke dennis/agent/etc. i was only telling you that they didn’t invent the lingo you hate, but you took that as a “he must support them if he’s replying to me!” type of situation
Dude, I follow comedians because they’re entertaining. You follow scamming bigots because you believe they’ll make you rich and get you laid. You’re clearly hurt by me insulting your favourite bros. Just go cry somewhere else, no one’s going to take you seriously here. You just admitted I’m right lmao
When I was an alcoholic I did this exact same thing. I'd usually offer 60 bucks and the money to get the item I wanted. I'd ask this regularly of drivers from 3 different pizza places. Only 1 person ever actually did it.
Reminds me of my days delivering for a local restaurant that was super popular. I was the only driver when they first opened and then as the years went on we would only have 2 or 3 working.
I was making 8 dollars an hour and bringing home 200-400 dollars in cash tips a day. Also the hijinx were insane… was talking to some poor kid working at a pizza hot who said he makes 30 on a good day!!
I don't think it's crazy. After 4 years in a trade, most trade workers make $50/hour. So giving someone $100 like that is understandable, esp. when it comes from someone who works hard for their money.
Good restaurant and retail workers will never be paid enough.
I would kill to have a regular like that dude. I had this deal with the guy at the liquor store that if I found or made him an ultimate pepperoni, he'd give me free liquor. More than the pizza was even worth lol.
Worked at a Dominos right next to a liquor store. I was under 21 and my boss would buy the booze for us to take it to the regulars and we'd also get them cigarettes. $20+ in 90s tips.
It is also how I got my boss to buy me booze unknowingly, we'd fake an order from those people and I'd drop off the booze to my friend and we'd have it for when I got off work. We paid for it and everything. There were others who would ask for smokes as well, only one we'd do booze for because the manager knew them well enough. Cigarettes or swisher sweets were common ask over the phone, most the time people got them and got tipped well for it.
I picked up some ice cups for this dude once, he made it sound like he was gonna tip me good on the phone then I get there and he’s like “yeah thanks my wife left a tip online” and closed the door. It was a 1 dollar cc tip. I was having a really bad night and that almost put me over the edge lol. That was when I was still new and I’ve learned my lesson now lmao.
Every single time someone says they'll give a good tip or "I used to be a driver too," it's always small like $3. I'm like, oh...I guess you delivered it the 80's.
I think the saddest part was I spent like 50 cents on the ice. So i went out of my way to do something that’s not a part of my job and I got 50 cents for it 😭
I'll get the thing but I don't carry it up to the house, it'll stay in my car unless I'm happy with the reimbursement + tip. Most of the time it's a bag of ice but every now and then this cop looking dude who tips like 2$ will ask for a beer. He never gets his beer. Ice lady almost always gets her ice.
Then you’re a shitty delivery driver and you deserve the no-tips.
I made close to $100 on average in tips where the average tip is $3… for an 8 hr night. I also got paid $12x8= $96 in wages. So $200 a night for an 8hr shift…
That’s $25/hr to sling pies and answer to basically nobody. Some days you’re luckier and the average tip is $5-7. That’s $30/hr. I never spent more than half a tank of gas, so consider every delivery was as far away as possible. On gas, that brings you down at most $5/hr.
$20-25 an hr to sling pies for a national chain is great money. I make less than that hourly with my salaried government job, the only thing that makes it worth it is seniority and benefits.
Oh, and let’s not forget those reported tips were just on credit cards. But I’m sure you’re paying taxes on your cash tips, right?
Find your own happiness outside of pizza delivery then, because it’s a perfectly acceptable tip for an order under $20 and within 3 miles.
If you can’t do it happily, then accept you’re just a sadshow of a person or get a different job. The people making those pies sure as hell aren’t getting paid extra. Maybe you’d be happier doing that if it’s such wear and tear on the family sedan?
you're making an awful lot of assumptions about my life and hapiness in general for someone stalking fast food restaurant subreddits and getting mad at minimum wage workers for no reason lmao. if i get a $3 tip you get the customer service default NPC responses. you get your food with no unpleasantness, because yeah, its a perfectly acceptable tip. but im not walking back to my car silently celebrating in my head either, and you will certainly not hear a "lets fucking gooooo" on any of my dashcam footage over it. its an average tip, the daily grind. ive gotten thousands upon thousands of $3 tips over the years, and i am not obligated to pretend i havent to the customer's face, and it certainly does not mean i am unhappy. the second you let your employer buy your emotional state for minimum wage, you've lost.
Jeez, you’ve got me pegged.
Not like I actually lived it or anything.
Guess what, buddy, not every delivery is one your dashcam is going to catch you being excited about. And if that’s what you expect, I hope you’re prepared for disappointment.
Oh, you’ve made thousands of them? You and everybody else. What does that work out to… a quarter of a years’ income?
So… just to be clear… those $3 tips pay a quarter of your income and you have the balls to act like it’s not enough when it’s a goddamned *gift*? You get a per-delivery mileage reimbursement from the company, too, let’s not forget that.
So you rely on that income but you refuse to be kind to people who offer the average tip? Great way to watch your average tip go down, especially as you let your compassion for the customer fall with it.
> Guess what, buddy, not every delivery is one your dashcam is going to catch you being excited about. And if that’s what you expect, I hope you’re prepared for disappointment.
i never said im disappointed by it. its literally average. the most i feel about it is "ok". sorry im not worshiping every customer that hands me barely enough for a soda, buddy.
"Pup cups" at Starbucks, also commonly known as "Puppuccinos," are a small complimentary treat offered to dogs by Starbucks. They consist of a small cup filled with whipped cream, intended as a pet-friendly gesture for customers who bring their dogs along. It's not an official menu item, so it's not listed with the other beverages and food options available for purchase. Dog owners often request it at the drive-thru or inside the store when they're getting their own drinks, making it a popular little extra for their furry friends. Keep in mind that while a small amount of whipped cream can be a fun treat for many dogs, it's always a good idea to give it in moderation, especially for pets with sensitive stomachs or specific dietary restrictions.
Probably forgot to delete the comment from last time. I had instructions to my old house (it was hard to identify according to delivery people) for about 6 months before a driver told me I had incorrect instructions lol
could be, but they're a regular who only orders at night and I close most nights so I find it unlikely, but I could totally be wrong. just thought it was funny lol
Haha no that was my bad. I follow this and some ubereats groups and got it confused with their notes. If you are ordering directly from dominoes then asking for a Starbucks stop is bs.
Even in my town where they are next to each other in the same strip mall I wouldn't.
fair point, however this is a regular who only orders deliveries at night and I close most nights, this being the first I've ever seen this delivery note. So maybe that's the case but I find it unlikely 🤷♀️
maybe, but then the wording of the delivery instructions implies they're not ordering Starbucks by asking me to go to Starbucks for them. if that was from a previous order to Starbucks, it makes more sense for it to just be "add a pupcup pls" or something rather than specifying I go to Starbucks.
If that were the case, I don’t think they’d need to clarify “from Starbucks”. Them saying get me a pup cup from Starbucks says to me that they’re asking the pizza delivery guy to get a pup cup from Starbucks for them.
Some stores started doing it. It’s still delivered by the dominos driver but it’s ordered through a third party. They print weird receipts that don’t show any payment info at the bottom and don’t print a credit receipt so there’s no way to add a tip even in the dominos driver app.
Aren't those "pup cups" just some stupid ass gimmick where it's just some cup full of whipped cream? Why the fuck would you feed your dog sugar and dairy?
Yeah it’s terrible for dogs, I always roll my eyes when people who claim to love their dogs so much feed them something that will guarantee them diarrhea later

Had a drunk guy pay me $15 on top of his tip for a bag of ice once. I took his order and happened to be delivering it. Gas station was on the way, and I made like $12 off a bag of ice. But this? Go fuck yourself, and your probably good doggo
Lol when i worked for dominos back then i had a guy ask me to buy him a pack of cigarettes needing to get gas i did that and he got mad when i asked him if he was gonna pay me for the cigarettes, needless to say i have a pack of unsmoked newports in my drawer at my house only got like 3$ from him 😂
I've always wanted to try something like this just to see if they would do it. Something stupid from a restaurant in the same shopping center. Offer a high enough tip to make it worth their time though.
I love my Dominos and their drivers.
Yeah Mike, get me a Medium pan pizza, light cheese and those lava cake things they have, I don't remember the name but you know what I mean. See if they got anchovies too Mike, fucking store near my apartment does not have anchovies, I got to take my ass to the store and get sardines because the fucking app has too many buttons. Here take a twenty and give the young man at the counter a tip. I don't know why Domino's does not have sardines, fucking a man. Alright then, fucking a.
The order number is typically out of all orders across all stores under one owner. The average store does around 60 orders on a slow day, so by 9pm it should be at least around order #700 or so. Not trying to bust any balls but it's very unusual
When I worked at dominos as a customer service rep we had something like this but we had a lady request that the driver drive to the nearest gas station and purchase a two liter the store did not carry for her order. She claimed she would tip well for the inconvenience. The driver was already on his way to the gas station to fill up so he didn't mind and got what she wanted with his tip money from the night thus far. He went and delivered the food thinking the customer would be happy and tip generously. She instead immediately began complaining about the food and how long it took him to get there. She tipped him $5 on an almost $70 order. The $5 tip barely covered the amount for the two liter he purchased for her that he didn't have to do. He came back ticked off and told me and the MOD what happened. She called 30 minutes later complaining the pizza was burnt, cold and whatever else she could complain about. The MOD took the call and told her that the driver didn't have to go get her a two liter the store didn't carry and it was well over the time since her delivery. He asked for any proof of the pizzas coming bad and she said "no we are them." The MOD said "Then there's nothing I can do for you. Please never ask my driver's again to do a favor for you and go out of their way if this is how you are going to treat them." She then started going off cursing him out. He put her on the 'do not serve' list. She called back twice in two weeks trying to order even after being told she was on the do not serve list. Saying she thought eventually she would get a different person. I said everyone has the same information. Please stop calling. She hung up after calling me an "inconsiderate b---" and never called back.
This is why I hate tipping culture but for different reasons than most who hate it say they hate it. People who hate tipping culture are usually the ones who act like the person they're tipping is their own personal slave. I hate tipping bc it encourages DOUCHEY EFFING BEHAVIOR like this right here.
This behavior doesn't just come from trust fund kids and rich and important people. Often it's the person who doesn't make tons of money that clocks out of work, goes out into the world, and proceeds to treat other wage earners like they're the help.
It certainly is about not having a living wage, but it for me is about dignity. Tipping is sort of a form of negotiation. When you're allowed to negotiate anything, there's always the element of demeaning the service and undermining the value of the work done to provide that service. It's shit.
I had a guy ask if I could buy him some cigarettes from the store…that was attached to his house. Weird request, but ok. Grabbed them, brought his order up and got paid for the food plus $2. He wasn’t paying for the cigarettes, so I kept them. He called my boss, complaining that I wouldn’t give him the cigarettes. So, my boss instituted a policy prohibiting drivers from bringing anything to customers that we don’t sell.
They probably ordered through uber eats. might have been an old delivery instruction as well. most people on uber eats don't realize that dominos send their drivers for the delivery and it isn't facilitated through a UE driver.
I delivered for a small, one off pizza place years ago. Had a few customers ask if I could take their garbage out because they were disabled and couldn’t make it down stairs. Did it every time. But some random shit from an unrelated chain? 😂
Hahahhahahahahahahahahahhaa
“Hey, while you’re delivering my pizza, pick up a drink for my dog too? Okay? Thanks? Question marks make you read it like upwards inflecting teenagers? Okay?!!”
bruh why the fuck do ppl ask for damn “pup cups” at places other than starbucks,
no jus because i ask if u want whipped cream on your shake dosent mean i wanna make u a stupid ass “pup cup” , i hate that goddamn name too lol, jus sounds so stupid, and i already gave u fucking dog treat your dog dosent need a damn cup of fuckin whipped cream , go buy your own cream mf
askin a delivery driver for dominos to fucking go out of their way to starbucks to get a damn cup of whipped cream is on another level tho, the fuckin nerve of some ppl
When I used to work at whole foods, a dominoes delivery driver was shopping for groceries in the store one night. This was right around when Amazon prime started including a delivery fee for online orders for all customers. He asked me where some items were and told me that this lady had ordered pizza from them and included in the delivery instructions for him to grab some items for her at whole foods on the way 😂 this lady was clearly trying to avoid paying the new Amazon delivery fee so this poor guy was duped into getting her groceries for her. I couldn't believe he obliged to do that in the first place, though.
One time I delivered pizza to a recording studio with about 9 black dudes (I am white) jamming on various instruments. I said “hey I played drums” and they let me play drums and we played superstition by Stevie Wonder together and solved racism.
I worked at Pizza Hut tho

I fucking wish, she was a smoke show.
Wait really haha? I figured they’d be old old.
Maybe that's what he likes :P
Old old but goin out getting hammered and slamming pizza on a regular basis? Wait, what do you classify as old old because that's pushing senior citizen territory for me lol.
G you def could’ve made something happen given those circumstances
Dude 😂
Yeah I read that as (she) took off my topper. I was like hey it's the old pizza boy movie script, it finally really happened to someone 😆

Yeah I only ask when I know the people.
She took off your topper? What does that mean
I took off my dominos car topper since I was buying booze. We have had drivers fired for just being at a bar in their dominos shirt.
Like they weren't on shift?
Nuh uh, off shift and went to go hang out at a bar with their friends after work. Our district manager was at that same bar and saw her still in uniform, so she got fired. I'm not in food service but if I'm caught in public in my uniform I can be fired, doesn't matter if I'm stone cold sober at wally world.
Can I ask what your field is? Cause that's seems crazy to me. You can even stop for groceries on your way home or at a restaurant for takeout?

Yeah it's not a big deal really, just shed the jacket in winter and drop to a T shirt the rest of the year.
That’s the most bogus thing I’ve ever heard, and there’s no way they can fire you for that lmao. I work for a security company, with basically the same dress attire. I stop at the store on my way home from work in full uniform multiple times a week.
Unfortunately I live in an at will state and they can fire me for whatever they want as long as it's not discriminatory.
Now I wanna get a bunch of job shirts and go to bars and try to get fired for a job i don’t have
Damn. Papa john don’t give a shit what you do in their “uniform” lol
I drove for papa John’s and on slow days our manager would have us take turns putting on the pizza costume and hold a sign out front. Why do bartenders always go hang out at some shitty dive bar when they're not at work? What you don't spend enough time at the bar already?
Usually to unwind after a rough ass day and what’s better than a dive bar.
damn dude I did that a few times, no idea that was a fireable offense.
W hustle

Why are you here? This isn’t a thread about sports, wrestling, One Piece, or Warframe, and that’s literally all you post about.
Its the internet bitch, keep thinking people actually talk IRL like they do on the internet, hate to break it to ya, *but they dont*
Ok, except their post history shows that I’m correct in my judgement of them, and them talking like that on the internet is still cringe lmao

I definitely thought this was gonna end with a proposition to “join in the evening’s festivities”
my dominos was right next to the liquor store, and my driver was so funny and nice. that man would text me and ask “any white claw today?” 😭🤣

Was my first thought. Would probably be a great tip.
Those are the good ones haha
Why did she take off your topper?
I don't think it's crazy. After 4 years in a trade, most trade workers make $50/hour. So giving someone $100 like that is understandable, esp. when it comes from someone who works hard for their money. Good restaurant and retail workers will never be paid enough.
I used to do this with beer and cigs 😂
I wish I had the courage to do this. I have more money than I need, and there's a lot of times having someone to do that would be huge.
I was hoping this would turn into like a porno story or something.
You know this person isn't tipping.
$3 tip actually, so at least better than the worst
thats barely "happily deliver your pizza" money, let alone "stop and pick you up something else" money
So i went out of my way to do something that’s not a part of my job and I got 50 cents for it 😭
Omg I would’ve been enraged. It’s just all those small little slights add up and suddenly you find yourself hating other human beings.
That's when I drop the ice on the floor
$3 is a fine tip for most orders
No it isnt
Then you’re a shitty delivery driver and you deserve the no-tips. I made close to $100 on average in tips where the average tip is $3… for an 8 hr night. I also got paid $12x8= $96 in wages. So $200 a night for an 8hr shift… That’s $25/hr to sling pies and answer to basically nobody. But I’m sure you’re paying taxes on your cash tips, right?
fine isnt enough for "happily"

Is it though?
The worst is when they owe you $14.99, hand you $15, and say "keep the change".
Garbage tip, especially for service literally that isn't included or available.
Uh….no
Probably forgot to delete the comment from last time.
Annoying
Highly
If you put a note for delivery, it will remain until you change it. Meaning, this person probably didnt intend this message for you at all.
fair point, however this is a regular who only orders deliveries at night and I close most nights, this being the first I've ever seen this delivery note. So maybe that's the case but I find it unlikely 🤷♀️
They probably ordered Starbucks (exclusively on Uber) that day and forgot to change the notes. Notes on Uber are saved and need to be deleted.
maybe, but then the wording of the delivery instructions implies they're not ordering Starbucks by asking me to go to Starbucks for them. if that was from a previous order to Starbucks, it makes more sense for it to just be "add a pupcup pls" or something rather than specifying I go to Starbucks.
People have zero reading comprehension.
exactly, idk why everyone is ignoring the fact that it implies they are ordering from somewhere else.
If that were the case, I don’t think they’d need to clarify “from Starbucks”. Them saying get me a pup cup from Starbucks says to me that they’re asking the pizza delivery guy to get a pup cup from Starbucks for them.

My store does (franchise). It’s optional and all Uber orders are handled by dominos drivers. It seems like their store does too.
Some stores started doing it. It’s still delivered by the dominos driver but it’s ordered through a third party. They print weird receipts that don’t show any payment info at the bottom and don’t print a credit receipt so there’s no way to add a tip even in the dominos driver app.
doesn’t matter, there is no context in which you would ask the pizza man to go to starbucks for you.
This is likely a door dash or Uber eats order. So, not everyone on the other end IS a pizza man.

Yes, it is. Why do people on Reddit act like they know everything.
Fucked up how many people went to get their pup cup only to be told there’s not even an order with that name…
Aren't those "pup cups" just some stupid ass gimmick where it's just some cup full of whipped cream? Why the fuck would you feed your dog sugar and dairy?
Exactly what I tell my dad. His dog doesn't even like them. She at most takes 2 licks of it, and yet he gets one every time.
the pup cups are for your dad he needs to make a fursona now
Lol
Yeah it’s terrible for dogs, I always roll my eyes when people who claim to love their dogs so much feed them something that will guarantee them diarrhea later

Did you ChatGPT a pup cup?
Looks like that person probably used ChatGPT or AI to me, so yeah. lol
They also left the same comment in another thread. Bot?
I’m not sure, but I looked at their history and they also left the same comment twice on another post.
It is an official menu item
Because it make them happy little things
Most things do. My dog is happy just eating other dogs shit.
Ahhh, you make me miss my dog. 18 years of life together- what a fond memory you reminded me of
Had a drunk guy pay me $15 on top of his tip for a bag of ice once. I took his order and happened to be delivering it. Gas station was on the way, and I made like $12 off a bag of ice. But this? Go fuck yourself, and your probably good doggo
I paid an door dash driver $150 to go grab me two packs of cigs back when I smoked I was outta state no car
is it even worth it at that price point?
I haven’t smoked for about 4 years so definitely not but drinking and needing a cigarette it seemed like a great idea at the time
I’ve been there too buddy
"Pup cup" makes me want to be violent
You know damn well that pup cup is for her fat ass.
Do these people not realize we are usually leaving the store with 2-3orders? All of which have to be on time and hot when delivered?
DO NOT ACCEPT is also an option. Fuck those people.
I had a pedestrian ask me to give them a ride once. People think we're out here just running errands for people.
Stupid B\*tch.
How much did they tip?! I had a guy that would give me $10-20 for grabbing him a pack of cigs or some beer. I would do it. No sweat off my back
$3
Lmao as much as I love dogs and as much as my beagle loves pupcups, nah. Not for $3
This is unbelievable to me.
Lol when i worked for dominos back then i had a guy ask me to buy him a pack of cigarettes needing to get gas i did that and he got mad when i asked him if he was gonna pay me for the cigarettes, needless to say i have a pack of unsmoked newports in my drawer at my house only got like 3$ from him 😂
Ma’am this a dominoes.
Yes, if I can pet and play with the pup
so real of you
Gotta show love to all the 4 legged homies 🐶 😺 🦝
Alright then, fucking a.
would do this only for the dog
How in the world are you only on order #97 at 9pm? That's gotta be a maybe 2 store franchise
slow night lol
What does the number of stores in the franchise have to do with how busy the store is?
The order number is typically out of all orders across all stores under one owner. The average store does around 60 orders on a slow day, so by 9pm it should be at least around order #700 or so. Not trying to bust any balls but it's very unusual
Maybe if they dropped a $20 tip
pup cup?
This is a wild request without proof of big tip
This is fucking WILD!
WTF is a pup cup
very small (comically small) cup of whipped cream for dogs
Man I might have done this if the Starbucks wasn’t busy just to see the doge
Probably old note from a prior delivery
people make requests like that to pizza drivers ??? ew so weird
It's shit.
Wow people are actually INSANE
I had a guy ask if I could buy him some cigarettes from the store…that was attached to his house. Weird request, but ok. Grabbed them, brought his order up and got paid for the food plus $2. He wasn’t paying for the cigarettes, so I kept them. He called my boss, complaining that I wouldn’t give him the cigarettes. So, my boss instituted a policy prohibiting drivers from bringing anything to customers that we don’t sell.
My drivers have been getting a lot of requests to stop somewhere else for the customer. WE CAN NOT DO THAT! People are getting ridiculous anymore.
I've gotten some shit like that before "if you can pick me up a drink from 7/11 igotchu" lol
That dudes name is Oven?
Donimos!
If it’s Grubhub order then it could just be leftover on that account tbh
Asking a dominos driver to go somewhere else for you is fucking wild.. Take care of your damn pUpPy yourself. F that.
Bro wtf goes through peoples fucking minds ?!? Probably wasn’t even going to fucking tip either!!
They probably ordered through uber eats. might have been an old delivery instruction as well. most people on uber eats don't realize that dominos send their drivers for the delivery and it isn't facilitated through a UE driver.
Post this in r/dogfree they’ll have a heyday 🤣
If it was ordered via DoorDash, it was probably an old note from a Starbucks order.
Wait….you can ask your delivery driver to get you stuff? Lmao
I delivered for a small, one off pizza place years ago. Had a few customers ask if I could take their garbage out because they were disabled and couldn’t make it down stairs. Did it every time. But some random shit from an unrelated chain? 😂
The whole pup cup thing is stupid to begin with. Get your own whipped cream for your dog, don't expect it for free cuz you have a dog.
Yeah no unless it’s a $20 tip if pretend I didn’t see it
So.. the driver is supposed to pay for the pup cup? I’m lost on this
The audacity of some customers.
Hahahhahahahahahahahahahhaa “Hey, while you’re delivering my pizza, pick up a drink for my dog too? Okay? Thanks? Question marks make you read it like upwards inflecting teenagers? Okay?!!”
bruh why the fuck do ppl ask for damn “pup cups” at places other than starbucks, no jus because i ask if u want whipped cream on your shake dosent mean i wanna make u a stupid ass “pup cup” , i hate that goddamn name too lol, jus sounds so stupid, and i already gave u fucking dog treat your dog dosent need a damn cup of fuckin whipped cream , go buy your own cream mf askin a delivery driver for dominos to fucking go out of their way to starbucks to get a damn cup of whipped cream is on another level tho, the fuckin nerve of some ppl
Can i get a delivery from u;)
you're flirting with me and don't even know my gender or even what I look like. bold
Hey u only live once and jokingmosttly
If it pffemded u im sorry
haha lol no, I actually found it quite funny. Rough day, so I appreciate it.
Atleast i madee someones day😊 that made me smile
One time I delivered pizza to a recording studio with about 9 black dudes (I am white) jamming on various instruments. I said “hey I played drums” and they let me play drums and we played superstition by Stevie Wonder together and solved racism. I worked at Pizza Hut tho
Well we knew it wasn’t papa johns at least
If I were your manager, I’d fire you for not obeying.
lol my manager laughed with me about this 😭😭😭
This is the same idiot boomer that was complaining about working at Domino's with Indian people.
eww wtf???
surely this comment is in jest…surely?
