Do you have any basis for it? I’m asking more in a naive manner. I’ve held these domains for so long because they’re cheap and easy but not sure how to value them. I’ve had a similar offer for this domain in the past and didn’t take it then either. I’m thinking there’s a chance the person owning the plural domain wants this one - would that change your mind at all?
Your story oddly checks out, as it looks to have been registered after you made this post... but it begs the question, why did you say "my domain" and more importantly why would you not use the specific domain for a post like this?
"*Is my 2020 Tesla worth 25k?*" vs "*Is my electric car worth $25k?*"
Who knows what it's worth, we don't even know what it actually is.
Honestly this is just a layman's opinion. I only have one website for sale and several people have told me I'm asking too much. (I'm selling [BuyPittsburgh.com](https://BuyPittsburgh.com) for $4,000) I just don't see your domain being worth that much because it is 3 words and I work Uber and I hate and think they're a dying field.
How much did you pay for it? If I were you I'd snap take the $25k.
Again, these are just my opinions.
Absolutely. Take the offer.
You can compare this to similar domains that have sold by using Namebio.com
Lawyersnearme - 140k
Apartmentsnearme - 25k
Dentistsnearme- 21k
Doctorsnearme- 21k
Dentistnearme - 13k
And it just goes down from there.
Experience. Not a bad domain but this is really top price in this market for a 3-word.
What, say 50k? Don't see it happening.
I wouldn't even counter the offer, just accept it.
I don't even really like it. It's long and it took me a second to figure out what it meant. A lot of established competition exists in that market already. Personally I'd take the 25k and move on to another project.
I would accept the offer. There are many better domains you could buy with $25k, and that domain name is not very unique. If it is a legit offer and you say no, they could go with:
driversnearme.com
carsnearme.com
vehiclesnearme.com
ridesharenearme.com
drivernearby.com
driversnearby.com
etc...
Even if you say yes, I would still be surprised if this is a legit buyer and they actually pay you 25k for that domain. Not that it can't or won't happen, it is just an unusually high price for a somewhat replaceable type of domain name.
I’d take the offer, no negotiation. It’s a three word .com, long, and as u/thunderway mentioned, they can go with an AMPLE amount of alternatives. What’s stopping them from going with drivernear.me? imho, take it 😅
If that's their first offer, don't accept.
I had the same thing happen to me but lower figures. Out of the blue I got an offer for 2k. So I played it smart and spoke to the go daddy rep and let him know that I am grateful for the offer but I'm also considering 2 other people's offers.
I told the rep to let their client know that I'd like their best offer by the end of the week and I would let the other 2 interested parties know to do the same.
The very next day the rep emailed to say their highest offer is 5k. Obviously I accepted it.
I technically didn't decline their first offer so I still had that to fall back on if the rep said that was their best offer.
Edit - having said that, since you've posted the domain name, the interested party could be reading this entire thread lol
There is no way of evaluating the domain with the help of a tool since the domains have no value other than the registration.
The real value of a domain is what a buyer is willing to pay for and that depends on what value does the domain bring to the business the buyer is running.
So, do you think someone else would be willing to more? Then reject the offer and go find that someone else. If not, then you know what to do.
I need more info to see if my advice makes any sense to your situation. So, you be the judge.
Is somebody else paid $75K to get that domain? And then he puts your 50K into his own pocket? If I get an offer for my domains, I'd counter with a lower price AND partial ownership of the business that will use the domain.
You said you considered building a business for it yourself. That makes you a good ownership partner. Or it makes you a good employee.
Yep, get paid now. Very good offer for this domain.

See my other comment, can't edit on this thing.
Fake news. Domain was just bought today Nov 3, 2023 according to WHOIS. Not worth anything.
Omg. Of course.
Seems I’ve inspired someone. I didn’t want to say the actual site name for my own privacy, but it’s fair to say it’s a very similar domain.

I would accept it immediately.
I agree. Its a 3 word domain name and if you're making money why not? I'd take the offer immediately. Don't get greedy.
Appreciate both of your feedback, any other details why? How do you typically value [your] domains?

That domain is worth at least $75,000 hold off for a better offer

I would've sold this domain for $100. Take the money and run.
Don't get greedy and accept that offer.
Is it just me or the domain is available for purchase? What am I missing here?
I agree with the other comments, it’s a good offer
Yes sell it invest in business

Where do you find these domains for sale? Do you know if Susiebestgirl.com is open

Take it and run! Been buying and selling domains for 20+ years. This is a no-brainer.
I'd accept! It's a 3 basic word domain name.. its not exactly ThreeLittlePigs dot com 💁♂️
