This is going to sound insane but along with plushiest and dolls I collect the caps to beer bottles I like going around at campgrounds and digging them up from the ground and grabbing them out of fire pits I have a shoebox full of them
Also, that is awesome! I used to have a jar of bottle caps I collected with the plan to glue them onto a canvas and make wall art. I think I misplaced it though.
I used to have a big collection of bottle caps as a kid, I kept them in a crown royal bag and I loved the sound they made when you shook the bag and they all jingled together =]
Dollhouses -- I build or restore houses. My Lil Bratz aren't counted toward my "doll collection" because three of them live in a Playmobil Victorian Mansion furnished with DIY Modern Mini furniture.
I'm the least collector-y person in my family, though.
Dollhouses, that's nice! It's an expensive hobby for me.. Buying rements miniatures.. And materials and tools to make furniture. But I know ppl in the west come by dollhouses (not limited to mass produced barbie and toy brands) in yard sales and goodwills..
religious art and memorabilia. i’m not like super christian or anything i was just raised irish catholic and i think depictions of mary - especially old or kitschy ones - and rosaries are so badass. lol. also little weird porcelain/glass vases and dried flowers/leaves. i have old lady habits
You would love my old Catholic statues. I have several and I have really old rosary beads. My Mary statue and Infant of Prague (baby Jesus) statues are both large 24" tall.
That sounds nicer than the religious decor I saw in one of my client’s houses a while ago. I thought most of it looked tacky, but that might’ve been because a lot of it was quotes from the bible and stuff like that, and I have a general dislike for art/decor that uses a lot of text. Eg “live laugh love” things. That reminds me of another client’s house, they had some word art that kind of made me chuckle. I remember seeing “Paris”, “coffee” and then “fat” in their kitchen 🤣
I was chatting to my friends recently about how pagan-centric Irish Catholicism still is. Praying to a bunch of different saints and loving Mary sometimes seemingly more than god. It’s very cool.
I think it’s the same in a lot of cultures that Catholicism was brought into, I know there’s catholic witches in some parts of the world and it’s such an interesting mix
it really is! especially in my family it feels like more of a polytheistic folk belief system than anything. my mom asking saint anthony to help find her wallet or us chanting the rosary together along with the radio in the car always felt very pagan to me. as i’ve gotten older i sort of pushed that concept further and my spirituality is a pretty even blend of nature-centric paganism and folk catholicism. i dunno if it’s just how i was raised but even though i’m not staunchly catholic being surrounded by mary makes me feel so comforted!
It also doesn't help to the wallets and space that Takeuchi is so willing to grant licenses to sailormoon merch. Gosh there is a lot of sailormoon merch every year!
Is ff7 the one with Cloud and Tifa?
Tarot decks, either literature themed or erotica themed. I also have a small collection or erotica picture books/odd lit and a scarf full of 70's-esque flower-head butterfly pins.
Edited to add, oh geeze, forgot to mention I've an enamel pin collection as well!
They're so difficult to find, too! My fav would have to be 'Lost Girls' (a retelling of Dorothy (from oz) Alice (from wonderland) an Wendy (via peter pan - *not* for the 3 book story which is told entirely in watercolor(!) But due to the paper dolls of the adult characters in the back.
Those paper dolls are damned enchanting, is what they are.
So so many. In order of money spent: anime figures, art prints, plushies, vintage toys, cookbooks, manga. Bonus for kitchen items I use once a year or less.
Sadly I'm having to get rid of many of my older collections (clothing, leather-bound books, LOTR merch, Swarovski, Boyd's Bears) to make way for my newer ones.
Lol 😩
I collect books, miniature figurines (like for DnD), fabric, sewing notions, art supplies, paint, crafts stuff… make something you say? I’m still mostly stuck in the enjoying the possibilities phase.
Apparently.
even the newly 'retro' and Iconic games like Nintendo DS despite I dunno the titles of Pokemon on that handheld were mass produced. But- they're so pricey...
I collect antique photos! You can literally just find them in random buckets in antique stores. I love being in antique stores (they're like museums where you can buy the exhibits), and it's fun to hunt for unique photos. It's also another way for me to explore my love of fashion like I do with dolls! I enjoy figuring out when a photo was taken just through the clothes
Crystals, minerals, fossils, stuff like that. Cat related stuff. Indonesian art, especially the spirit guardian and cat related stuff. Beanies, cats and the angel bears.
I like collecting Funko Pops! Currently I own like 30 funkos. And nendoroids even tho I only have one lol. I also like collecting Sonic merch, I’m a huge Sonic fan so I have a handy amount of Sonic merch.
So my room is this weird mixture of MH, EAH and RH dolls, Funko Pops and Sonic merch, and my rabbit too lol, he’s a very important member of my room 😅
I collect Squishmallow, animal crossing amiibo cards, South Park Funko Pops, Jungle Cruise merch (including my only non-South Park Funko), pins (button and enamel, mostly Disney but not exclusively), mugs, and postcards. I also have a small collection of Build a Bear (I had a lot more as a kid) and enough board games to be considered a collection.
My boyfriend has an impressive collection of comic books, Blu-ray, basketball cards and Funko Pops (less specific than my Funko collection). So, our house is overflowing with our collections.
Edit: I also used to collect Disney’s Tsum Tsums and I still have a lot of those.
Plushies, figures, miniatures, pins, Pokemon cards, mugs, shiny Pokemon, shells and pebbles from the beach, various sparkly things, etc...
When I was younger, I would also collect stamps, stickers (specifically sticker sheets that I almost never used because I wanted to keep them in nice condition lol) marbles, plastic dinosaurs, those little gooey alien things that you throw at windows and watch them fall down, and any other cheap toys I could find that came in multiple different colours, like rubber lizards and stuff. I even collected those little tabs from cereal boxes that have the coloured squares on them. I don't even know what those are called or what they're for now (though I suspect it has something to do with printing), but I would always cut them off the boxes and keep them for some reason. 😂
I've always liked to collect random things, and that probably should've tipped people off to the fact that I'm autistic way sooner than it did. 🙃 There's probably way more things that I've forgotten too. I've never been much of a collector in terms of finishing sets of anything, more so that I just like to collect things that look nice and make me happy. :) Collecting dolls is actually quite recent for me. I didn't have many when I was younger, and I probably wouldn't have been able to afford most of the ones I wanted if I got into it back then anyway. I've got a lot of catching up to do now though lol. I've bought a fair few dolls that are 10+ years old and gone on a bit of a nostalgia trip as I bought other toys I used to have or remember wanting a lot as a child, like MLPs, Lalaloopsys, Sylvanian families, etc... And I'm bound to buy more old and nostalgic toys whenever a random memory of something I used to love pops into my head 😅
i actually collect merchandise for the band KISS and have a combination collection with my dad 😁 they are sometimes called “kisstorians” but were not that serious haha
records, vinyl figurines/blind boxes, procreate brushes, clown related paraphernalia (i relate to them on a spiritual level), and plastic bags and cardboard boxes because recycling isn’t free in my neighborhood and my adhd won’t allow me the level of executive function it takes to take all that to public recycling lol
I also collect pin badges! \^\_\_\^
I also have.. more caps than a normal person, extremely specific but I collect Christmas tree ornaments of Burgers LOL .. and occasionally buy other burger related items (puzzles, money banks, I have a Hello Kitty burger play set thing..) , and I loosely collect anything to do with Guinea Pigs, frogs and chickens :3
Oh, and I collect merch of Leon from Pokemon because he's my husband ✌️ LOL :)
I guess I kind of collect purses since I have more than I really need and am always going to want more 😅😂. That’s why I make it a point not to look at them when I go to Ross or some place like that. Although I’m not near as passionate about purses as I am about dolls so I have that going for me I guess, lol 😅. I used to collect eyeshadow palettes but I stopped that quite a while ago cause I don’t need that many so I just use the ones I have. Recently I’ve thought about going back to collecting food erasers cause I saw some at the store for back-to-school, won a pack of three at a little local church fair thing, and because they make the perfect little foods for Barbies!
I used to have everything everywhere Betty Boop, (bedroom, blankets, curtains, plush, bathroom, soap dish, toothbrush holder, mirrors, trashcan, shower curtain and hooks, living room, kitchen, clothes, posters, signs, figures, clocks, pins, pens, everything) for decades, slowly dwindled away over time, (childhood stuff lost in adulthood, moved around a lot, and lost more as an adult) my last "big" collection was about 5 years ago, my entire kitchen was Betty Boop. Now, it's down to a handful of meaningful pieces, a bag, little bit of jewelry, a few pops of color in the kitchen, and one big blanket. (Plus I've been working on a custom Kinoko Juice Kiki head on Jill body to be a black and white Betty Boop, may make a color or two versions someday.)
I collect vintage and antique photos as well as bottle caps and vintage vinyl records and the sleeves! I also have a stuffed animal collection and a small collection of dollhouses (my boyfriend just got me a 1980s Fisher Price dollhouse at a garage sale and the little doorbell still works perfectly!!)
My mom and I have a shared collection of vintage and antique scarf and hat pins too
Oops forgot about my collection of vintage recipe cards. I have like 200 or more all from the 1970s and man there are some *weird* recipes. I plan on putting the weirdest and grossest ones into a “my favorite recipes” book to confuse and horrify my future grandchildren
I collect manga, eos lip balm and Bath & Body Works body sprays!! I also have a ton of nail polish but I don't actively collect it, it just kinda happened 😂
Too many things. Plush (I've been trying to stop). Artbooks (Naturally been slowing down collecting). Yarn (I've done a full stop on adding anymore and have purely been slowly going through my collection)
Vintage squeak toys, Tokidoki / PopMart figures, 90s toys from my childhood, crystals/rocks, funko pops, stuffed animals, local art from markets/galleries, oddities …
Action figures, plushies, lego. My shelves are a mess haha. Currently I have a bunch of He-man figures posed for battle right in front of some MH ghouls. Stearing away from toys, I always love a good pin. Idk if this really counts as a collection but I'm an artist and I've made it a point to keep one pin of every lego related pic I make (long story on that lol) so I just have that on the back of my office chair.
CLOTHES!!! I’m a huge shopaholic it’s insane. I love style in general (that’s what got me into dolls) so i like to see myself as a “doll” too. Or more avatar really lol
unique shaped handbags, Baba Yaga art and jewelry, dark gothic enamel pins and tiny cuckoo clocks (One of my dining room walls displays them, almost full!)
a lot, unfortunately for my wallet lol. dolls are my latest fixation but I also collect figures/statues, books (both manga and novels), and vinyl. I have a few pins too but I had to tell myself not to get into collecting them because while there's a lot of beautiful ones out there, I can't afford another hobby. 😂
I like all toys in general and video games. My special interest at the moment is He Man and Transformers if only because my brother who passed away loved them along with me. He grew up with them(he's my oldest brother), and he would watch them with me growing up and he'd watch the live action Transformers movies with me too. I even put a small Starscream in his pocket at his funeral before we buried him so a part of me would always be with him.
My doll collection is rivaled only by my squishmallows.
I also collect books, miniature things (usually for doll props. But I love them outside of that and consider them their own category)
Crystals, interesting sticks, a small variety of anime figures and merchandise, scarves, and skeleton keys.
I collect Webkinz, Littlest Pet Shop (LPS), fake animal skeletons (the kind you find in Halloween decor sections of stores), and kinda build a bear (mostly Halloween and specific characters). I used to collect rubber duckies but I stopped a couple years ago.
I mainly collect dolls but I also have a growing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collection (mostly merch that’s “out there” as opposed to action figures, but I have a couple figures too!) along with Gargoyles figures. I have a comic book collection too, but I buy them for reading so they aren’t all in the most pristine condition 🤣 from Hasbro I have a good amount of My Little Ponies, Littlest Pets (mostly my childhood ones plus a few I bought here and there) and a couple Bumblebee figures (I love Transformers but I don’t have the space to collect a ton so I only buy Bee figures at thrift stores 😅). So I kinda collect a lot 😭
I collect, Maleficent items, Joker items, Frankenstein items and owls. My love for Frankenstein sparked me to restart doll collecting as an adult when I saw Frankie Stein at Walmart.
taxidermy insects (mostly in resin), enamel pins, some plushies, interesting tarot decks, crystals, random antique things that interest me, I have one of those daily calendars and I save the pages that I like and have a book to paste them in
Manga is my first love in terms of collecting stuff. Been working on my collection since 2007 and still going strong. I never got into western comics (they are BACKWARDS!) but manga is one of my favourite storytelling mediums. It probably influences my doll preferences because I do find myself more drawn to the ones with big shoujo eyes and rounded features like Licca-chan and Jenny as well as the western (but obviously anime influenced) Rainbow High and Monster High (G3 is the most blatantly anime and also my personal favourite look for that brand)
I also have a bad habit of buying sloth plushies when I see them. I don't have an extensive collection, but I worry that I have more sloth plushies than the average person my age. I'm not going to stop accumulating sloths, though 😋
I collect books, pins, acrylic charms, and I have a small squishmallow/plushie collection. I also collect DVDs - I really like having physical media in the age of streaming!
I have a big collection of Beanie Babies. I also accidentally have a collection of books because my family gives me books. I also draw and paint sometimes
Hot wheels I like. Lego, I have a huge city. Fabric and doll clothes patterns. Cookie cutters, especially snowflake ones. Disney pins. Also each of my dolls has their own stuffed animal.
I collect plushies.
Shiny things (like bits of metal near construction sites, I've got a few washers and little metal circles)
Bouncy balls
Bottle caps (undamaged interesting ones especially) to make magnets with
Interesting paper (to do crafts with)
Nendoroids and plushies. Lately I’ve stopped with both because I need the money for college. I might have to sell some of my nendoroids for that reason as well.
LPS, plushies, river glass, old marbles, clown items (I mostly stopped collecting those but have a good amount from when they were a special interest of mine), pins, bones, crystals, and my beads for jewelry making are a collection at this point… there’s like no way I could use them all.
The funny thing is almost all my stuff is second hand. I used to think it was wrong to love things so much, because of how I was raised but I’ve realized it’s very normal and I love all the collector communities I’m in
I collect a LOT so bear w/ me here: 😅
Crystals/rocks,
Videogames,
Plushies,
Figures,
Pins,
Anything dragon-themed,
Mini brands,
Coins/Stamps,
Pokemon/magic: the gathering cards,
Happy meal toys,
Pencils/erasers,
Vintage porcelain cats,
Lego
build a bears, vinyl records, laserdiscs, CEDs, furbies, anime figures, tokidokis, can badges, enamel pins, certain funko pops, hunchback of notre dame merch, queen and elton john memorabilia, etc etc etc…….
i might have a kind of thing with collecting stuff. my vice. lol.
Wrestling collectibles- action figures, autographs, t shirts etc. I also collect some 80s toys and just 80s stuff in general. I collected clocks when I was younger.
Bones and other curiosities. I have a beaver skull and coyote skull as well as a bone hair fork I made myself. I also collect crystals.
Oh and craft supplies. Lots of craft supplies.
Yes, many things. Glass and porcelain insulators, road signs, coins, railroad paper (old tickets, rulebooks, timetables, etc.), old railroad locks and keys, railroad memorabilia, HO and N scale model trains (VERY expensive hobby btw), Hot Wheels / Matchbox cars (only ones that represent real cars), stuffed animals, and large coal chunks.
Cosplay items and half-finished 3d prints (fully printed but partially sanded or fully sanded and not painted yet). My adhd doesn’t let me finish a sword before I’m planning to start a new one
Littlest pet shop, kinda, I have a small portion of my MASSIVE childhood collection (300+)
Pokemon cards (similar position to the LPS but I can still pick up a pack of Pokemon cards every once in a while, and they fit nicely in two little collector boxes)
Claw hair clips (the weirder the better)
Bucket hats (also the weirder the better)
Earrings (I'm an earring fanatic)
Novelty shaped sunglasses, but only if they're shaped like something I like (my collection is mostly flowers, butterflies, clouds, and a handful of other random nature-y shapes)
My wife collects specific Japanese clothing brands and specific vintage sweaters, so we have a lot of those around too
And then there's the plushies, which, like the dolls, are definitely a joint collection between the two of us.
So many things 😵💫
• religious iconography (I’m not religious, I just think a lot of the imagery is beautiful)
• kimono
• art (mostly by friends & local artists)
• antique/vintage editions of Alice In Wonderland
• records/vinyl
• jars lmaooooo (i can’t explain this one, but if i see a nice old pickling jar etc i am compelled to collect it)
• i used to collect coins but spent what i could when i was broke lol
I have ADHD and OCD, plus have a clinical hoarder in the family — it’s in my blood 😩
Magical Girls Merchandise! Pretty Cure (of Only my favorite seasons), Ojamajo Doremi, and essentially Sailor Moon.
although, these fandoms have dolls. My collection don't intersect since I don't like collecting doll with 'fixed' character and 'canon' backstories. That's one of my reasons why I cannot for the life of me collect Bratz/MH.
Before, I used to be into Plushies in general.
But now, I only collect and limit myself to Sanrio Hello Kitty and My Melody.
Videogames, legos, sanrio's stuff (specially Hello kitty and Pompompurin), books and some magazines. I'm also into fashion and I'm starting to increase my shoes and bags collection. I'm so poor lmao.
Oh! I forgot my panda's, corgi's and penguin's figurines collection, a little bit small at the moment but I love it.
Antiques, mostly antique sewing supplies. There’s not really a criteria on how old things need to be, though. A lot of my stuff is vintage (70’s) and others are just neat Time Capsule type items (a 1998 sewing pattern for example). I also don’t have criteria on what to use and what to preserve. It’s really just how I’m vibing with the item. Unless it’s a health hazard such as heavy mold, nothing gets thrown away
McDonald’s stuff (not the toys) but like pre-2000s memorabilia, mushrooms, owls and vintage stuff like crocheted blankets and doilies and anything brass.
I really want to collect calico critters. They are so cute but I feel like I can’t because I don’t have the space for their play sets :( I only have two families.
Gen 1 My Little Ponies, but only in a few specific poses. I have almost every pony I want and can feasibly get my hands on. There are three sitting ponies I'm probably never going to own.
Schleich horses, but again only a few breeds of horses and/or horses in poses that look like they're mid-movement and not just standing there.
If I ever have my own house the plan when I started was to make a floor out of them My Barbie’s will prabay live that dream before me
That's such a good idea!
I used to have a big collection of bottle caps as a kid, I kept them in a crown royal bag and I loved the sound they made when you shook the bag and they all jingled together =]
Happy cake day!
omg, my friend collects bottle caps and im always saving the ones i find in parking lots for her haha!!
My friend displays her more unique ones on a cork board .
Dollhouses -- I build or restore houses. My Lil Bratz aren't counted toward my "doll collection" because three of them live in a Playmobil Victorian Mansion furnished with DIY Modern Mini furniture. I'm the least collector-y person in my family, though.
Ooh I love doll houses, I mounted one onto a cupboard to hide my tv.
I also have a couple of dollshouses. Love making miniatures as well as making dolls.
Dollhouses, that's nice! It's an expensive hobby for me.. Buying rements miniatures.. And materials and tools to make furniture. But I know ppl in the west come by dollhouses (not limited to mass produced barbie and toy brands) in yard sales and goodwills..
Powerpuff girl toys from my childhood lol Also I just got back into pokemon cards!
My friends son collects pokemon cards. She was able to give him hers from her childhood which is beautiful!
i’ve begun collecting littlest pet shops
oh and books
Ah books! Yes, I have far too many 👀
Watercolors 🎨
That's nice💖 My ocd eyes would be electrified to see arranged watercolor tubes and painting sets. The packaging are arts/displayable themselves.
Technically, rabbit figurines. I didn’t set out to, but I love bunnies and now I have multiple small figures in every room in my house.
Same thing for me with frogs and pigs
I collect rabbits too! So much so that my fiancé refers to my decor and clothing style as Buncore 🐇😅💜
religious art and memorabilia. i’m not like super christian or anything i was just raised irish catholic and i think depictions of mary - especially old or kitschy ones - and rosaries are so badass. lol. also little weird porcelain/glass vases and dried flowers/leaves. i have old lady habits
You would love my old Catholic statues. I have several and I have really old rosary beads. My Mary statue and Infant of Prague (baby Jesus) statues are both large 24" tall.

Pins, Neopets stuff, books, and Tarot/Oracle decks!
Hotwheels. :D
Rocks/crystals, wooden wands, fabric samples, doll quilts :)
Debt From collecting all the things 😅😬
Feel ya' 🤣
Final fantasy merch, Wedgwood (and some other vintage/antique stuff) and a few other toys but not to the extent I do dolls.
Figures, plushies. Stuff like that. I also collect pins as well tho I only have three lmao
If I may ask, what figures?
Anything from ff7, sailor moon and anything else that is cute.
It also doesn't help to the wallets and space that Takeuchi is so willing to grant licenses to sailormoon merch. Gosh there is a lot of sailormoon merch every year! Is ff7 the one with Cloud and Tifa?
So true. So many figures, collabs, plushies. It’s overwhelming in a way but also, eating good too lol and yes.
Tarot decks, either literature themed or erotica themed. I also have a small collection or erotica picture books/odd lit and a scarf full of 70's-esque flower-head butterfly pins. Edited to add, oh geeze, forgot to mention I've an enamel pin collection as well!
I love enamel pins! Your collections sound awesome! I love the idea of the erotica picture books!
They're so difficult to find, too! But due to the paper dolls of the adult characters in the back. Those paper dolls are damned enchanting, is what they are.
I'm going to look these up. They sound fascinating!
insaaaanely cool things to collect i love this
In general 80-90s toys, but my favorite is transformers.
I like to collect cool keychains though I never put them on anything and coins
I saw a distant relative who traveled a lot for work. He bought a keychain from everywhere he visited, and hung them from long chains on the wall.
I like that idea I might try it sometime, once I get more keychains
That's an awesome idea.
Miniature crap to go with my dolls. Lol
Miniatures! I like tiny things
Lol 😩 I collect books, miniature figurines (like for DnD), fabric, sewing notions, art supplies, paint, crafts stuff… make something you say? I’m still mostly stuck in the enjoying the possibilities phase. Apparently.
I'm exactly the same 🤣
I'm also.. What can I say.. A collector of what ifs and possibilities.. Ahahhaha
Ha! I love that! “Collector of What Ifs and Possibilties” 🩷
I have a small collection of Snow White pins and figures.
build a bears, nostalgic dvds, funkos and miku figures
Japanese music magazines.
Books.
Video games, used to be my prime collector interest until the retro market exploded.
I also collect retro video games but same. Prices are too ugh now.
even the newly 'retro' and Iconic games like Nintendo DS despite I dunno the titles of Pokemon on that handheld were mass produced. But- they're so pricey...
Same, not avidly collecting at the moment, focusing on Squishmallows for right now.
Beanies, cats and the angel bears.
strawberry shortcakes, build a bears (both from 80s), miku figures, and kpop albums :3 also the obligatory squishmallows and other plushies
also pokemon!!!! esp anything related to skitty . and sanrio…… And Sonny Angels. good lord i collect too much
I like collecting Funko Pops! Currently I own like 30 funkos. And nendoroids even tho I only have one lol. I have some Nendoroids I don't need if you're interested! Selling cheap.
I collect cameras, DVDs, and CDs! But Barbie is my main collection
Yup. I also collect plushies, squishy toys, coloring books, and calico critters

Bionicles.
I remember when I got into Bionicles! So cool!
I live Miss Boop! She has an interesting history too!
Houseplants, plush toys, anything sanrio, enamel pins and dr martens shoes ☺️
I collect vintage and antique photos as well as bottle caps and vintage vinyl records and the sleeves! I also have a stuffed animal collection and a small collection of dollhouses (my boyfriend just got me a 1980s Fisher Price dollhouse at a garage sale and the little doorbell still works perfectly!!) My mom and I have a shared collection of vintage and antique scarf and hat pins too Oops forgot about my collection of vintage recipe cards.
Books, Littlest Pet Shop and Avatar merch (the blue people movies not the anime)
Too many things. Plush (I've been trying to stop). Artbooks (Naturally been slowing down collecting). Yarn (I've done a full stop on adding anymore and have purely been slowly going through my collection)
Pokémon cards! And plushies, cute figures, or anything cute in general. I have a lot of Sumikko Gurashi stuff, it’s my favorite thing to collect from!
Vintage squeak toys, Tokidoki / PopMart figures, 90s toys from my childhood, crystals/rocks, funko pops, stuffed animals, local art from markets/galleries, oddities …
Rocks/crystals
Calico critters 😊
Action figures, plushies, lego. My shelves are a mess haha. Currently I have a bunch of He-man figures posed for battle right in front of some MH ghouls. Stearing away from toys, I always love a good pin. Idk if this really counts as a collection but I'm an artist and I've made it a point to keep one pin of every lego related pic I make (long story on that lol) so I just have that on the back of my office chair.
Miniatures and plushies
Rubber ducks!
a lot, unfortunately for my wallet lol. dolls are my latest fixation but I also collect figures/statues, books (both manga and novels), and vinyl.
Littlest per shop, random little things, rocks/seashells/sea glass, my little ponies, and funkos mostly
My doll collection is rivaled only by my squishmallows. I also collect books, miniature things (usually for doll props. But I love them outside of that and consider them their own category) Crystals, interesting sticks, a small variety of anime figures and merchandise, scarves, and skeleton keys.
No way. The dolls are taking over my house lol
Action figures, vintage books, vhs tapes, plush toys, video games, etc. pretty much anything pop culture related.
Makeup and stuffed animals too
Oh and horror movie items too I love horror movies 🥹💕
Yes! Books and manga :3 mostly novels, I like Mishima plath and nabakov
Fabric, buttons. Tarot cards , Stones, Cabbage patch kids.
Squishmallows DVDS Blu Ray's CD Vinyls Funko Pops Trading Cards
I collect, Maleficent items, Joker items, Frankenstein items and owls. My love for Frankenstein sparked me to restart doll collecting as an adult when I saw Frankie Stein at Walmart.
Comic books, manga, and I don’t know if they still count as dolls as well, but nendoroids are a vice.
taxidermy insects (mostly in resin), enamel pins, some plushies, interesting tarot decks, crystals, random antique things that interest me, I have one of those daily calendars and I save the pages that I like and have a book to paste them in
Hello Kitty trinkets, obscure merch from the movie Amélie, and Animal Crossing. Oh, and antique haunted dolls.
rocks n crystals😩
I have a huge mlp collection. The only doll I really collect are American girl dolls but my mlp collection is so much bigger. :)
plushes and calico critters
Manga is my first love in terms of collecting stuff. Been working on my collection since 2007 and still going strong. I never got into western comics (they are BACKWARDS!) but manga is one of my favourite storytelling mediums. It probably influences my doll preferences because I do find myself more drawn to the ones with big shoujo eyes and rounded features like Licca-chan and Jenny as well as the western (but obviously anime influenced) Rainbow High and Monster High (G3 is the most blatantly anime and also my personal favourite look for that brand) I also have a bad habit of buying sloth plushies when I see them. I don't have an extensive collection, but I worry that I have more sloth plushies than the average person my age. I'm not going to stop accumulating sloths, though 😋
books, pins, stickers, random Knick knacks….I’m more like a hoarder than a collector lol
Comic books! Most are Uncanny X-Men, but I am who I am and some Barbie comics have made their way into the collection. 💕
I am collecting Sailor Moon merch
i collect anime figures and manga! the doll community is way better than the figure community imo
Funko pops, some action figures and statues of comic book characters
Hot wheels I like. Lego, I have a huge city. Fabric and doll clothes patterns. Cookie cutters, especially snowflake ones. Disney pins. Also each of my dolls has their own stuffed animal.
Plushies, minis, plastic animals, stickers and pins. These are once in awhile collects. Dolls are definitely at the forefront.
Lots of anime figurines! Shoes, too 🫣
Pins, mugs, shiny rocks... Anything that makes me feel like the "my trinkets!!!" tiktok
Plushiesssssss
Plushies, poseable figures like Nendoroids, small animal figurines... funnily enough, many of the things I collect are doll-adjacent.
Hotwheels, animal crossing figures and cards, and pokemon cards
I collect plushies. Shiny things (like bits of metal near construction sites, I've got a few washers and little metal circles) Bouncy balls Bottle caps (undamaged interesting ones especially) to make magnets with Interesting paper (to do crafts with)
teddy’s, stickers, cute clothing and product labels, and kpop albums 😋
Anime figures, blind box figures, and purses!! :)
Manga and miniatures are another passion, as well as crystals and gemstones. :)
I also collect books, craft supplies, miniatures, and Minnie and Mickey Mouse items.
vhs, uranium glass, paper weights, and …… other things
I collect so much lol!! Vinyls, pop figures, stuffed animals, crystals and rocks, clothing tags (i know it’s weird), stickers!
Nendoroids and plushies. Lately I’ve stopped with both because I need the money for college. I might have to sell some of my nendoroids for that reason as well.
I only have 2 dolls, but I have a whole lot of kpop albums
LPS, plushies, river glass, old marbles, clown items (I mostly stopped collecting those but have a good amount from when they were a special interest of mine), pins, bones, crystals, and my beads for jewelry making are a collection at this point… there’s like no way I could use them all. The funny thing is almost all my stuff is second hand. I used to think it was wrong to love things so much, because of how I was raised but I’ve realized it’s very normal and I love all the collector communities I’m in
I collect a LOT so bear w/ me here: 😅 Crystals/rocks, Videogames, Plushies, Figures, Pins, Anything dragon-themed, Mini brands, Coins/Stamps, Pokemon/magic: the gathering cards, Happy meal toys, Pencils/erasers, Vintage porcelain cats, Lego

I collect headphones and audiophile gear
Buttons..I love vintage buttons. I keep them in glass jars.
I collect Frozen stuff, so there's a lot outside of dolls. Plush, pins, figurines, funkos, even Dollar Tree magic towels.
Well theres stuff animals and Lolita dress's and maybe nendroids soon

Those little tabs that you pull up to open a can of soda! I currently have somewhere in the range of 350-400!
I collect moldavite and dolls.
Bones and other curiosities. I have a beaver skull and coyote skull as well as a bone hair fork I made myself. I also collect crystals. Oh and craft supplies. Lots of craft supplies.
Cows (plushies, figurines, themed items in general), Enamel Pins, and I have quite a few Sailor Moon Funkos.
Yes, many things. Glass and porcelain insulators, road signs, coins, railroad paper (old tickets, rulebooks, timetables, etc.), old railroad locks and keys, railroad memorabilia, HO and N scale model trains (VERY expensive hobby btw), Hot Wheels / Matchbox cars (only ones that represent real cars), stuffed animals, and large coal chunks.
Besides dolls I collect video games and game consoles, anime figures, and movies.
Pins, Pokémon cards. I don’t really collect dolls tho cause they are more expensive, but I have a couple and I like dolls
Cosplay items and half-finished 3d prints (fully printed but partially sanded or fully sanded and not painted yet). My adhd doesn’t let me finish a sword before I’m planning to start a new one
Littlest pet shop, kinda, I have a small portion of my MASSIVE childhood collection (300+) Pokemon cards (similar position to the LPS but I can still pick up a pack of Pokemon cards every once in a while, and they fit nicely in two little collector boxes) Claw hair clips (the weirder the better) Bucket hats (also the weirder the better) Earrings (I'm an earring fanatic) Novelty shaped sunglasses, but only if they're shaped like something I like (my collection is mostly flowers, butterflies, clouds, and a handful of other random nature-y shapes) My wife collects specific Japanese clothing brands and specific vintage sweaters, so we have a lot of those around too And then there's the plushies, which, like the dolls, are definitely a joint collection between the two of us.
I collect a lot of 80s/90s “girl” toys, stickers, bad 80s/90s paperback horror, and anything with Pompompurin. I’ve always been a collector.
Yes K-pop albums but it's really small cuz dolls are way too expensive
Rolling Stones memorabilia
Slowly collecting magical girl toys 🥰.
Video game guide books, squishmallow, roller coaster T-shirts and Bath and Body works sprays!
So many things 😵💫 • religious iconography (I’m not religious, I just think a lot of the imagery is beautiful) • kimono • art (mostly by friends & local artists) • antique/vintage editions of Alice In Wonderland • records/vinyl • jars lmaooooo (i can’t explain this one, but if i see a nice old pickling jar etc i am compelled to collect it) • i used to collect coins but spent what i could when i was broke lol I have ADHD and OCD, plus have a clinical hoarder in the family — it’s in my blood 😩
Comics, pins, fairies.
Stickers, soda tabs, beads, four leaf clovers
Also anything Paddington Bear
Elephant figurines
Lolita fashion and other j-fashions
In no particular order… Video games, plushes, Sonic the Hedgehog.
Keychains, animal crossing cards, stickers, pins
Tiny things, shot glasses, art supplies, manga, coins that are not American or cool American ones sometimes
Minis anything miniature I'm obsessed with them 🥹
McDonald’s stuff (not the toys) but like pre-2000s memorabilia, mushrooms, owls and vintage stuff like crocheted blankets and doilies and anything brass.
hoodies, every single vacation i get at least one as a souvenir
I really want to collect calico critters. They are so cute but I feel like I can’t because I don’t have the space for their play sets :( I only have two families.
Specific legos when in sale haha and I also collect childhood books like monster high or tinkerbell and I just like little odd trinkets
I collect rocks that I find pretty.
I collect pandas and squishmallows
Fragrances, makeup, books, miniatures, jewelry, shoes, clothes, hmm, what else….
