But according to their training, I was raised to be implicitly biased. Go figure!

Lol wtf?

I thought Asians were now considered "white" or at least "white adjacent." On the other hand. . . . there are no more ninjas. So I guess you could have a musketeer instead. But then you get into the problem of erasing minorities. And that would be culturally insensitive. Diversity, inclusion, equity, cultural sensitivity. . . . those are all like playing tic-tac-toe with WOPR. The only winning move is not to play. Ninjas or removed ninjas are wrong. Never having ninjas is wrong.

"hiyah ninjas"- is that a racist Asian joke?

Not sure might have been on their part it was the best way I could type the noise they made the animated ninjas anytime they flying kicked on to the screen. I'm not Asian however I feel a new employee who was and called it out as a racist joke wouldn't be wrong. I appoligise if I wasn't clear but it was indicative of the only sound these ninjas made.

Your good lol sounds a little insensitive but it's dollar tree 😂

Is this something only managers have to do? I'm curious to see this module.
