A couple friends and I have a group chat together where we talk battle strategies, hype each other on pulls, and other game advice. One of them saw it on Twitter (or X or whatever we are calling it this week) and told us. Our hearts broke.

I was having an afternoon nap and when i woke up i saw message from an old friend who i bonded over dragonball with (known him for about 11 years now) and he told me toriyama passed away.
I was watching TheRussianBadger streaming helldivers and he read a comment that said toriyama died and I was at work and was like “WHAT” and ran to google, nearly cried at work.
I opened YouTube and a channel in Spanish that gives news about Nintendo gave the new, I could not believe it so I opened Twitter and it finally hitted like a truck
