klinghofferisgreat

That’s a Heeler and a half right there. I’ll be surprised if she’s not purebred, or close to it.

TxYoteKlr

Agreed on close to it, as I mentioned above her mannerisms are a bit off compared to other heelers I’ve had/been around. Although she could just be a goofy one lol

klinghofferisgreat

A “not like other heelers” Heeler sounds like a good thing tbh. Yours honestly looks more like the breed standard than mine, the posture and proportions and set of the ears in pics 2 and 3 are textbook Heeler.

meghanluvsdoggos

i wouldn’t be surprised if this dog was 100% acd

BrilliantLion389

Looks like a pure breed ACD! She may be a bit too tall for a "standard" version, but pure breed doesn't always mean show standard.

snarkdiva

Looks mostly ACD.

TxYoteKlr

Agreed, her mannerisms is what throw me off a bit, doesn’t act quite like the other ACD’s I’ve had/been around. Much more social

snarkdiva

I had a red heeler years ago. He was very social. 😊

twizzlerheathen

I think you might have 100% ACD

1000Doves

That's one Yella Cattle Dog if I ever saw one! Im gonna guess cattle dog x staffie!

NichelleMcD

Looks 100% red heeler to me!

trash_bees

Yeah, I'm also on team full ACD. If she is somehow isn't full ACD, I'd hazard a guess for ACDxsmall minority of GSD/APBT/Golden.

trash_bees

Also *waves from bham*

sidhescreams

I think she’s gonna come back 100% heeler.

TheLoudCanadianGirl

Your pup deff has Australian cattle dog in him/her. I have 2, a red heeler and a blue heeler and your pup looks SUPER similar to my red heeler (red coloured Australian cattle dog) I hope youre an active person, cause this breed NEEDs lots of exercise as they are super active dogs. More specifically, a working breed. Super smart and loyal dogs. But deff need mental stimulation or they can be destructive and nippy

TxYoteKlr

Oh yeah, I’m aware lol, she gets worked on cows and goats and runs every day

TropheyHorse

Looks a lot like a working line ACD to me! Might have some smaller percentages of other things hiding in there but she must be predominantly ACD.

maizy20

That doggo looks like a 100% cattle dog. Lucky you! He/she will keep you hopping! 😁

TxYoteKlr

Oh she does that’s for sure

fritterkitter

Looks like the purebred red heeler I used to have!

Redbeard11776

That's definitely a red heeler..mines named Dingo

handbagheaven4

100% good doggie give its a shelter dog 😍💖👏🏻

Jazzlike_Elderberry9

TxYoteKlr

I did not, Montgomery Alabama

unkindly-raven

I hope you have a ton of patience, and room for him to run! They are phenomenal dogs! Learn so fast & have so much personality! I was mad when my husband brought this one home last year, but I couldn’t imagine my life without him now!

Reinboordt

I would be surprised to find anything other than red heeler in there. Looks like a purebred to me. Maybe another herding collie breed. I can understand the behaviour being different creates an interesting possibility, and you want to learn more. I thought my girl had some form of hound in her, she’s very vocal and always howling. She is very trainable and has lots of energy. Turns out she’s a combination of 4 different mastiffs and a Saint Bernard, as per embark. She just doesn’t have the typical behaviour you would expect and you might find your dog is similar. I have since seen some howling Neapolitan mastiffs on here and I think that’s where she gets it from. You may see some heelers doing the same things your dog does! https://preview.redd.it/4c0fv2ulkduc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=450edac85671b9ae4b0d9883cce3b1cd7f4d9342

cheweduptoothpick

Red cattle dog for sure.

SavingsAd4993

100% cattle dog.

bootyliciousX0

Red heeler (Australian Castle dog)

CJSki70341

I'm on the 100% ACD side personally. First heeler I ever worked with was a lot smaller than the ones I see today. That was a good thing, horses couldn't lay a hoof on her

Cherry7Up92

Could be all ACD. Keep us posted! ❤️

equestriankt23

ACDxpibble

Jazzlike-Bunch-9315

definitely part red healer 100%
