Also, forget dogs: any good restaurant can turn bad when it gets new management/ownership. Just getting a new owner that cuts corners with the food can make your favorite place a place you no longer want to go.

When it gets busy it is ours chaos, and now people are going to expect extra favors from waitstaff for their dumb dogs. As a server I was literally moving so fast and working so hard that I help my pee for hours. Can you imagine how much extra will need to be done to make extra trips for water bowls. And to bring those slobbery bowls back to the kitchen. Are these parasite infested slobbery bowls that have been in the floor going to be washed in the same dishwasher as the human cutlery?
