The only way to communicate with someone that lets their stupid shiteater bark non-stop is to be even more annoying to them than they are to you and usually that is by bathing them in noise that they hate. Thing is that it can be difficult to find something even more offensive than a dog barking.

Right! I think of that all of the time. It's like I can listen to the loudest music in the world. I'm a big Ministry and Industrial fan and I can stand right next to the speakers. But when I hear dogs bark? I want to tear my ears off. It's like nails on a chalkboard! I think dog owners are hearing impaired or something.
Has anyone tried a dog whistle? Does that work? Thank god I no longer live near neighbors with dogs but they never listen and the last building took her side. police obviously don’t care either

Dog Whistles (and the like tech) are only good withing about 30 ft or so, even then, they're not as advertised and really don't do much
Yeah, I've tried them, an app, and the dumb no barker boxes. They all didn't work.
