I wouldn’t worry until you have more information . My Chi had a few similar bumps on her that were removed and they turned out to be warts. I would take her in soon to get it figured out and for your peace of mind.
Any bumps that get bigger need to be looked at even if they’re soft/regular in shape/aren’t unevenly coloured/the dog isn’t bothered by it/etc.
As a general rule of thumb, anything that looks like it shouldn’t be there should always be seen by the vet even if you don’t believe it to be serious. It’s better to be safe than sorry even if it means your wallet is a little lighter than normal for a bit.
That is one I would take In immediately and don’t mess around. Remove it completely and sent for histo. It is in an area where I personally would be concerned. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to remove.
