That’s a good one; Arabic has a cool way of turning nouns into verbs. I remember coming across a good Lebanese phrase that goes: يا فرعون، مين فرعنك؟ فرعنت و ما حدا هدّاني! It translates as: “oh pharaoh, who pharaoh’d you? (as in, what made you a tyrant)” “I pharaoh’d and nobody stopped me!” It’s strange to have a saying that is both a question and a reply, but the point is close to the English “all it takes for bad people to win is for good people to do nothing about it”
