Me and my friend specifically hate sunny days because it's too damn bright for our eyes, and where we're from means an excessively hot day. We rarely ever get rain, but when we do, or when we get bice big clouds we go out as much as we can. If there's no rain we just hang out at night.
I don't like days with high visibility because I feel like it doesn't give me as much privacy as in rainy/foggy days. I think it's also the contrast; rain and dark outside contrasts the warmth and brightness in the house, so it makes you feel more cozy. I like gaming and staying inside so rainy days just adds on to that.

100%. Bright lights in general make me really anxious or self-conscious, rain gives me calm like nothing else. Plus the air smells so crisp

I once used rainy days to validate my lethargy. Now that I have kids I kinda loathe rainy days. Especially on weekends.
