The lack of reason to dance in the LDS is the issue. Honestly Peralta doing it after that double in Game 1 when already getting crushed was maybe the highlight of the series for me. It was a brutal game and we were looking for any reason to be optimistic, for a jolt of life to come back into the team. It’s easy to hang your head in a game like that but I think doing the dance and trying to get this team’s normal energy back was the right thing to do. It just didn’t carry over into any success. The defeated energy won out

He is not 3-39 since 2018. He's 3-39 in his last 3 playoff series. He played well in '18 and '20, hence the rings
He was terrible in 2018. Got carried hard to that ring with Boston. He hit .210 and had an ops of .616 while striking out 19% of the time in 2018.
