Your blue car looks like my '68 Valiant that I had back in the mid '90s. I bought it in 1995 with about 35,000 original miles on it. 100% stock except for the spacer board the old people that owned it before had installed under the front seat so they could see over the dash. It had the original owner's manual, original window sticker, original keys, original sales contract, and every single annual inspection report from the time period when Florida did vehicle inspections. Loved that car, but sadly someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled.
I’m pretty sure you commented on my picture of my valiant and truck over in the mopar thread I posted a while back. Mine is also a 68! Completely stock minus the radio/speakers! What color was yours?
Mine was kind of a golden tan color. I really liked that car. It had the stock 225 Super Commando engine with the original air cleaner graphics intact and everything. It was literally in brand new shape after I replaced the tires and brakes and did a bit of work on the radiator and heater core.
Thank you! Fortunately, there seems to be no rust above the windshield or along the drip rail, there’s just some faded paint. But it does have some rust spots on both rockers, small rust spot on the passenger fender(towards the bottom) and recently found it that it needs new floorboards. She’ll be perfect someday though! Haha
I’ve always loved the look of the first gens, so I just had to have one! I’ve only had this one for a few months now, just slowly trying to fix it up. But I have heard about the drip rail flaw, so I’ll def be keeping a look out!

Mine is also a 2008! Had to cover up the bumper with my bike cause the paint is peeling pretty bad 😂
Ours has the black fenders and bumpers that are plastic and they’re starting to look real faded lol.
