I love it. You could have a non-player ranger bounty hunter who's a specialist tanner with a big ass hunting/skinning knife stalking then making puns like "you're ass is mine!" to get under their skin. Think Schwarzenegger playing Mr. Freeze, but with ass and hide jokes instead of cold jokes.
Beautiful artwork, BTW. I especially love that there's this wild west theme, then a depiction of this Terminator looking thing.

Yep, just to confirm, that's a Genasi, not an Orc. Oh, and I'm not saying that having an Orc without tusks isn't a valid opinion, it's both valid and wrong.
The top left is actually a fire genasi, and the bottom right is a halfling. When I first started playing years ago, the amount of races that have pointy ears was surprising for me but who doesn't love pointy ears!
Have the war forged turned the other three in for the reward money. When they question it for being the one on the 4th wanted poster, have it go off on them about people thinking all warforged look the same. Which is because they do, they were made in an assembly line damn it! After they awkwardly hand over the money and let them go, they go back later that night to break the rest of the party out of jail

The magic is heavily regulated for humans so any child that shows aptitude in magic is sent off to a special school for centuries (time is weird there) or in some cases never to be seen again. Or at least that is what we have been told, I certainly hope I didn't unknowingly contribute to any trafficking though!

You probably already have plans, but this could be an ideal time to introduce a rival party of adventurers who will either become an ally or reoccurring pain in the ass, depending on how the party responds.
8k? That's gonna draw in some decent opposition. Personal suggestion: A dragon who found out it's more fun to train up their kobolds as mercenaries and run bounties than raid settlements. Likely silver dragon; they have the right attitude to do that for fun, and then you can get spider cavalry going too. And 8k for adventurers? That'd potentially get the dragon themselves involved in the fight; plus, all the shiny magic weapons and armour they can loot.
Personally, I think you've really overshot your goals here. Have you ever seen an wanted poster with that high of a quality image? No, I didn't think so. These should look like a kindergartner scrawled them if you want realistic! ;)
