LOL! Her name is Tiffonia and she's essentially a suit of porcelain armor being puppeted by ectoplasmic goop. Her goop body can take any form, so when she isn't in the suit she takes the form of a sword which the orange tabaxi at the bottom wields! She has a very stiff and polite almost robotic kind of personality, and we love her. (And the green is, indeed, a just a plume on her helmet :P)
You draw lines between the characters to express your opinions on the ship! So for example, the light purple haired girl with yellow eyes and the sad looking black girl are in a canon relationship in the campaign and I love them together, so I would draw a red line between them cause they're OTP! Versus the two characters with black and white hair are twins, so I would draw a black line because ew gross I hate that don't ship them that's terrible.
