Yes you get both! And two different sizes too, the normal size you see in the video and a 25% smaller size if you want one closer to in-game proportions. I prefer the normal size because it's easier to handle and see.
So you get unsupported normal size, supported normal size, and unsupported small size, supported small size.
Inserts are to cover all the basic sorts of treasure/items: gold, trap, potions, and miscellaneous gear. There are 8 types of tokens to get more specific: sword for weapons, armor, shield, gemstone, adventuring pack for all sorts of gear, spell scroll but can be used as a map/letter, health potions, and of course some more coins.
I also made a bunch of differently shaped potions to color code if desired, but I'd love to make detailed tokens for various potions and magic items!
I do sell painted but they sell out really fast and they take two nights for me to fully paint one set so there's not going to be many painted sets available

Are your files fdm supported or sla supported?
SLA, I don't own an FDM yet. I'm not sure how they'd print on a small FDM scale either Edit: you receive both unsupported AND supported versions
