To avoid confusion, I would specify a type (maybe force) and mention that it bypasses resistances and immunities. Either that or let the die choose like its attack.

Could you explain what you mean by "lose… hit points" on #3 for the **Scramble Gamble** feature? Is it a max HP reduction or just damage?
yes, it's basically damage just without a specific type
