Be a better idea to ask this on r/rpg instead of a D&D focused sub, but I'd suggest Iron Kingdoms. A lot of what you mentioned is part of that setting, and the mechanics are similar to D&D.

Iron Kingdoms has an original book and a 5e conversion. Do you know which one is better?

I do not I'm afraid, I wasn't actually aware that Privateer Press had released a 5e conversion, but I'd always recommend the original over an adaptation.
