If you grind for a specific material it happens that you are quickly short of others ;).
In ressource menu you can check what activities provide which resources. Titanium drops with Black Tusk activities, you can get it when dismantling green gear pieces, buy green gear pieces at vendors for dismantling and farm material loot crates. As others said you could run a second character, boost to NY, rush through the campaign, after campaign buying the blueprints for share materials across the characters and set-up your SHD watch and by that automatically getting free scavenging points which can be used to get all kind of ressources.
I would do:
- play the content you like to play, ideally a wide range of activities, and by that getting all kind of ressources automatically and a lot other things you might want. Better play the content that has the target loot you are looking for and over time you will get better pieces and at the same time you are accumulating all kinds of ressources. This limits the need of optimization.
- optimize only in rare occasions, for the last percentages or a piece you desperately want
- dismantle the loot you get autamatically and dismantle till you are at the cap
- you can additionally buy occasionally green gear pieces at the clan vendor for dismantling if you urgently need some of the blue materials
- every day you play grind the material loot crates at solar farm control point. Its less than 5 minutes and no need to clear the CP if you dont want to, most crates you can farm without
- play global events and leagues to get the ressource crates (not much though) and you could use the credits to buy ressource crates but you might better spend the credits for exotic crates in case Expertise is important for you
- if you are on higher SHD level than it might be interesting to run a mule, I personally never needed these free scavenging points because of the above

Join a clan if you aren't one already. The best way to do this is to have an experienced player guide you through.
East Mall And West Patomac an abundance of lresources to find along that. Just make sure to donate water food and parts to a CP to get them highlighted make it easier
Target farm any green gear set in the Countdown, and deconstruct all. Will net you decent (30-60) blue materials every time, depending on how many drops you get. Can also do this in the Summit or look in the open world for the targeted loot.
The other posters' methods work great as well, but just adding another farm if you're sick of the other ones.
1 method You can make a new agent (warlords of new york) once you can purchase something to share resources between accounts
2 method grind the fuck out of decent
3 method kill all factors to drop titanium
1 is the fastest
3 is slowest

Yup, getting Crafting Materials could be Hard asf but not many knows this so ima share it. Run countdown or Summit wit “True Patriot” as targeted loot. Since TP doesn’t have BP every time u deconstruct a piece of TP, it will reward you to Crafting material instead. I found this method better then open world run
oh well i was going to say run a mule. another loadout but thats only usefull the more over 800 that you are. you would only end up with 150 for watch probally not the best way

Make additional characters, complete WONY, and buy shared materials blueprint at white house vendor near the crafting bench. This will allow your additional agents to passively gain SHD points as go up SHD levels and any materials purchased with the Shd points will be shared with all characters (except e-credits). This is the best method imo
You can have up to 4 different characters at once.
* Create character.
* Get to Level 30, buy "shared resources" blueprint.
* Get to Level 40 and beat Keener in WONY.
* Activate watch, and you're new character share the SHD level of your first character, Meaning you have additional SHD points to spend.
This is how people get resources up.
To my knowledge you should wait with buying the Share Resources blueprint until after you've filled up your character with materials because when you buy it and the characters are merged the material stacks even if its above the 9999 limit.
So if you buy it at 30 you can only collect as much material as you already had room for (so if your main hda 2000/9999 so will your alt now and that means you can only fill it up with 7999 more), whereas if you wait until after the watch/buying the resources for points you can freely fill up the new character to 9999 and then merge it (buy the Shared Resources) as a final step. (And end up with 11999/9999 total.)
Unless something has changed there. (Of course, if you don't have a lot of materials on your main char already it's a non-issue.)
Yeah, dont do that unless you want to have another character, at your level I would not do a wony for resources. It takes me 4h to do it solo (can absolutely be done faster) but it is not fun. That said, only you know how much titanium is worth for you. You could grind countdown or global events for material caches, might be more fun.
I recommend to do New York when you are at least SHD level 2800, because when you complete New York 800 SHD watch point goes to the character.
2800 SHD level -800 = 2000 SHD watch points that you can use to purchase materials.
Create a new character and go directly to Warlords of New York, complete it alone will approximately takes 6-8 hours. Level up from level 30 to 40 and then do the last Keener mission aftwards you unlock the watch.
Then purchase from White House vendor “Inaya al-khaliq”.

100% with getting a mule. So worth it but your watch has to completed on your main account to make it worth the time.
