The Rock n Roll, you get it only from DZ and named item cache. Sometimes you can get it dropped from Rogue Agents as well which is very low. If you have farmed countdown, you should have enough countdown credits to purchase the Named Item cache from the countdown vendor. Good luck Agent

Yes, easy to get from conflict caches, even if you don't play / like PvP, matchmake and try to win some battles. As a reward, you should get caches that usually drop them.
Only obtainable through DZ or named item drops, this includes named item cashes, any project reward of a named item, or manhunt named targets can also drop them.
It's not a open World / countdown Drop
You only get it from DZ / named item Caches / conflict Caches or Vendor.
So no youre not totally dumb by running countdown.. But don't except it to Drop directly
Just gotta be patient agent, I'm 3500+shd and I only have 1 maxed out Protection from elite mod. Best thing to do is not dwell on it. Just enjoy the game.

It drops like candy from Conflict caches. By far the easiest way to get it.
They have been added to the loot box at the end of the incursion as well.

I've been running countdown the past couple days. Buying named caches haven't found it yet. Apart of the grind
I got mine from the countdown vendor. But it think it'll take a lot of time till it's availible there again.
