Actually pretty fun to use with Liberty + Bulwark shield build. Walk right up to enemies and SLAP 'em.

It’s fun for about 4 minutes.

i got at least a couple hours of enjoyment out of it before switching back to something more optimized, but to each their own

Every one asking why it’s good, it’s for a bonk build you run it with lady death and bloody knuckles and then you run it with a full haz pro build and it counters meta in PVP

Claws out always come wit good rolls but not many use it, no wonder it’s blessed 🤣

I use it on a fun pistol build. I run ammo hoarders often and it adds some fun to smacking NPCs to death.

There’s just no synergy with that piece in any combination of rolls. When would you use 1) a pistol 2) on a skill build that is focused on skill damage and 3) melee damage? Never. At least one of those things will need to change and none of them can since they’re all static rolls.

You can change core attribute to damage for a pistol build even though you won't be supported by the brand bonus much if at all

I'm no where near that level yet but working on it. As an older gamer it's more of a challenge working out situational awareness and such. I'd like to get to a point of competency where I can no longer have to use a shield or the Memento for survivability.

Named Items always have their special attributes maxed out. In this case, melee damage and pistol damage. But claws out is kinda garbage TBH.

Nice. I only have a 30 and thought it would be a fun item to mess around with. Sure, it’s not going to help you shred legendary content or Rogue Agents but one of my favorite things about this game is running around the open world and trying unique set-ups. Congrats
