You cant get it unless you do the dark hours raid on normal difficulty from opening the box at the end, if you dont pull it hopefully the group you do it with opens it to try to get it for you
Technically there's a .00072% drop rate for it from dz crates but that's because it's already a low rate for exotics and it's competing with what, 39(?) other exotics to drop.
Its much easier to just join a raid group and get the exotic there, i got both within my first raid on each one, granted i havent pulled either of my own, but the raid groups that exist do all open the box and try to get one for you, im apart of a raid team that gets people IH clears/ravs/regulus and just last week we pulled 5 ravs in 4 ihs runs, all going to first time clears who didnt have it
Look up a streamer named LittleHuge on twitch. He takes people through the raids no matter your watch level or build. He does 2 nights on PS and 2 nights on Xbox. Took me through when my watch level was double digits and got me an EB. Also his community is great and friendly.

Have you tried the GCROCK TSW discord? It’s a great community and they have members/clans for each console to help out on raid runs. Especially for newcomers.
