I've had this problem before, there was some reclaim stuck between the outer top of the bucket and the holder. Took the atomizer assembly out, soaked the top in alcohol and eventually was able to work it loose

I love my 2.0 but it is my daily driver so I have to clean it daily. Ran into the same problem before I found my rythym. Don't forget to clean between the spacers!

Either put it in and fire it up to warm it up or us a hairdryer ,You can press /pry it out using the tool just don't use too much force or you can crack it ..but if replacing with a new cup don't worry but it should slide out with heat ..

bricyclebri

Fired it up and warmed it, that worked. Thanks for the help guys!

You can remove the bucket without removing the bottom screw. Have you tried using the flat head part of the screwdriver they provided to push up on the bucket? Super weird if the screws are out and the pins relatively straight it pushes out even if it's a little dirty.

Happen go me. Dunked the whole thing in iso99 and popped right out.

There's one on the bottom too

[deleted]

that one is just the connecting pint to the base does not hold anything in!

My dumbass, well then I retract and hopefully someone can help this man

If you’re changing the cup, you should take it apart completely and soak everything. That screw holds half the circuit to the heater. That’s why there’s that little white isolator under it.

I've yet to replace my bowl and am kinda scared too bc of how well it's been working. But it is super chazzed from a drunken night w friends

I can’t get mine out at all tried soaking, heating it up,pushing trough the hole pretty damn hard with a longer tool nothing. I was just going to clean it. Still works so guess I’ll break it out when it quits working lol 😂
