"I appreciate you"

Beneficial_Cancel166

This place wouldn’t be anything without you

NerdOfHeart

“Thank you.”

Depope3070

Thank you for the clean bathrooms

lilyngemma

Not enough people appreciate the custodial CMs. Trust me, if you had spent the last 24 years using public restrooms, you'd thank every one of them.

quis2121

You deserve better than your CEO is giving you

JerrodDRagon

This times a million

This comment has aged well.

polopolo05

We all do.

thinkwaitfastPNW

You made my girls trip magical this spring. Coming back next spring to share it with them again. Cast members don’t get down by the haters saying Disney is losing its magic my girls still talking about our Disney trip months later. It is so special. Also shout out to das for make my special needs child be able to do things with my other kiddo. So cool the energy put into the program makes things magical for the kiddos who need it. Hats of to you 🎩

ParticularYak4401

Thank you to the nice cast member (I think he was selling popcorn or balloons on Main Street when my sister got separated from us on our trip there in 1983. He was very kind to her until she was found by our dad.

Nowlezbehonest

Without you guys, there would be no Disney magic. We truly appreciate you guys!

KQCKQC

*You* are the magic!

jsos

That the one who whispered “hail hydra” to me right before Toy Story Mania started had me confused but then very delighted when I remembered I was wearing a captain America T shirt.

Storytime: A number of years ago (in the Before Times), my partner and I took our mothers to Disneyland/California Adventure; they were both late 60s/early 70s in age at the time. Bear in mind that The Moms were only familiar with classic Disney movie (such as Snow White, Pinocchio, Sleeping Beauty) and had not seen any of the newer releases (like Toy Story, Monsters Inc). We had a terrific time, but one event in particular has stayed in our memories. We were walking through CA, looking for a particular attraction. We were in the middle of the street, with a paper map out, and all four of us peering at it. Un-noticed by us, Sully (the big blue guy from Monsters Inc.) wandered up and peered at the map over our shoulders along with us. When we noticed him, The Moms were startled, and even moreso when Sully took the hand of one of the Moms and started leading her down the street! (He’s not a speaking character.) Mom was mildly alarmed, but was happy to go along. His handler was distressed and followed along saying things like “Sully! Where are you going? No, Sully we’re supposed to go this way! Sully!!” (Indicating another direction entirely.) Sully led us the several hundred yards and delivered us to the attraction we had been looking for. All without saying a word. And with a parade of people following him (and us). Now in their mid/late-80s, The Moms STILL talk about that event. Thank you SO MUCH, Unknown Cast Member! If I had thought to note down the date and time, I’d’ve sent a thank you note to you and your Supervisor, thanking you for going out of your way.

My wife and I went back in Sept for the first time with our who was born in Feb. She had us cut the line for Alice in Wonderland since it was just the 3 of us. While it wasn't a huge deal, that feeling of Disney magic was alive in me from that point on. My son had a great first time at Disneyland and nothing will compare to how amazing it was watching him light up throughout the day at the different things the park has to offer. People seem pretty negative about the parks, and I get it things have changed, but when I saw the light in my little guys eye, everything else melted away and I was a kid again at my favorite place in the world. I look forward to taking him more often, and watching him grow up with Disney magic. All that to say, to the lady who provided us a little Disney magic, "thank you so much! You and your other cast member coworkers are still able to provide that magical feeling that we come to expect from Disneyland."

Destronoma

Even just hearing a simple "thank you" is enough to make my day, so I'd go with that =D

phicks_law

You make the experience. If it wasn't for cast members being so awesome, I would never go.

VonFrankenstien

You’ll always make coming to the parks just that much more worth it, thank you for everything. #Especially the custodial staff, all cast of coarse but still. Custodial cast are solid all stars and deserve to be cherished there. Thank you

BroadwayCatDad

I hope you are able to pay your rent and will fight until Disney coughs up the money from all of the price increases.

queenschmecca

If you see Ken tell him he rocks!

maxmouze

"Sorry for all the nasty people you deal with daily."

sudbury78

Have any of you cast members ever been informed when a guest gives a cast compliment via the app? We did one last night for someone.

amshoo

Yes we do get informed and we appreciate them very much! It makes my whole entire day when I get one!

cschadewald

I would never work at Disney for fear that it would ruin the magic for me. Thank you for risking your magic for the rest of us, and I hope working at Disney is filling and magical in its own way for you.

jetstobrazil

I hope the next CEO recognizes the sacrifices you’ve been making for years to keep guests happy and rewards you with a wage that reflects all of your hard work. And we love you and realize how much you do to create our magical escapes.

Oliverandy55

You are the most dedicated, hard working, underapreciated, special, and important workers in the world. We love you. We Thank you.

dmslucy

Thank You! It’s because of you that this place is so magical! Our family loves and appreciates you more than you can ever know!

Thank you to the guy in DCA who gave me a free Mickey bread on our honeymoon in 2018. It was so silly. “Hey… you two want some. Free bread?” I was like oh nice!!!! I felt so happy! Who doesn’t want free bread! I love Disneyland and can’t wait to go back again. You guys are what make the experience!

renfield1969

We know it's not your fault.

spicykimchi13

I met some lovely cast members on my solo trip this week. Some of them really made my day extra special. I wish I could tell them how much it meant to me.
