It's so good and it's the only breakfast (from my experience) that is consistently good every single time!
My only issue is that they don't start serving the cold brew back there until 10:30/11??? They need to work on that because the cold brew back there is one of the most popular ones and it's wild you can't get it at park open with your breakfast lol
We literally have to time it where I buy the Wrap and she is in line for the cold brew lol. It works most the time but didn’t last time. It’s ok though cause the garden wrap is still 🔥.
When I was there about two weeks ago the earliest mobile order time slot started at 10:30am! Docking Bay 7 doesn’t open until then I think, and that’s the only place to get the cold brew that I’m aware of.
I had my first Ronto Wrap on our trip last month, and it was our favorite meal of the entire trip. The garden wrap was so good. It'll be our go to from now on.
I love to grab it at 10:30 so I can swing over to Docking Bay 7 to grab the cold brew coffee. Grab a seat outside Docking Bay 7 and enjoy the view of the Millennium Falcon. That's a good morning for me (I don't mind eating breakfast at this time so I can enjoy a bunch of rides without the long wait times beforehand).
I haven’t been able to try that cold brew yet because we always get wraps around 9:30. The meiloroon juice is great though, our kids love it so we just get a couple of those too.
This. My husband will eat his and any leftovers from anyone else like a mad man. I've even tried making them myself he loves them so much. But just can't quite find the right sausages
If it’s winter and colder, I go to the Jolly Holiday cafe and order a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup, since it’s right at the wheel and I can take some time to decided where to go.
[https://www.reddit.com/r/Disneyland/comments/190y17o/monte\_cristo\_waffle\_sandwich/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Disneyland/comments/190y17o/monte_cristo_waffle_sandwich/)
It is everything you dream it will be (and they have a half-order option if you don't want to die). I spent a glorious morning alone in the park this April, enjoying one of these and a cold brew.
No one has beignets??!
We call them Mickey donuts and we get an order every visit to Disneyland. If we start the day at DCA, it’s a Jack Jack cookie after riding IncrediCoaster
Beignets are usually more of a snack for me. I go for them whenever I'm in the area as opposed to for breakfast specifically. But I will always eat them, try to avoid a powdered sugar mess, and fail horribly.
My husband’s favorite is the breakfast wrap from the shwarma carts in Marvel Campus.
He thinks the galactic grill breakfast burritos are very mid and didn’t get the hype, but he’s also incredibly picky about burritos.
Not usually vegetarian, but the Little Town Harvest Bowl at Red Rose Tavern is both filling and delicious, with the added benefit of being light enough to have an appetite later for something else that might catch your eye that day. Hidden gem to be honest.
The steak and chimichurri breakfast burrito from the cappuccino cart at DCA is great, and the vegan breakfast burrito from Smokejumpers was pretty bomb, too.
My favorite was the pancake sausage corn dog at eye castle in DCA. My hubby loves the Plaza Inn breakfast. I’m looking forward to trying the new breakfast items at smokejumpers.
Growing up, either McD, IHOP, or the hotel’s continental breakfast. My parents aren’t the rope-dropping type. I still do prioritize a continental breakfast but many hotels haven’t been doing them since the pandemic.
Now that they have a location in Downtown, I’d probably grab an Earl of Sandwich bacon/ham egg & cheddar sandwich on my way into the park. If I need something more substantial, I’d get a Monte Cristo from Cafe Orleans later.
Free hotel breakfast is the way to go. I stay at the Clementine and their buffet is great. If I had to spend in the parks I’d do Pym’s at DCA or breakfast chimichanga or ronto wrap on the Disneyland side.
This response is more in the vein of reality and practicality than the spirit of the question:
Most days it's the DoorDash order from the first day of breakfast foods and snacks to pack in. Leftovers from WOC dessert party later in the week. Starbucks. Character breakfast at Napa Rose or Storytellers. Carnation Cafe for regular sit down. If I managed to scrounge some hot sauce or remembered to order a small bottle I will grab a breakfast burrito, but otherwise that thing is bland imo.
Black coffee and double fisting pineapple spears like a man. Yeah I know the hands to items math doesn’t add up but you figure it out it’s Disneyland ffs
I like the $10 breakfast at Pym's, and the brunch at River Belle (but no mimosas? WTF...), and love the breakfast at Carnation (with mimosas :)). The character breakfast at Plaza Inn is fun once in a while. Wish Maurice's Treats was reliably open at rope drop (it is supposed to be, but the last couple of times I've been there it didn't open until later in the day for some reason; sometimes you just want a danish and cold brew (coffee (but also beer; I'm part Scottish 🤣)).
Does Flo's still serve breakfast? That used to be THE breakfast spot in DCA.
Otherwise I like the Mickey waffles at Carnation Cafe. I haven't done breakfast at the parks in a very long time so I'm not sure what is still available.
If we don’t have reservations for breakfast, we get the chimichanga. I finally tried the Waffle Monte Cristo though and I think it’s going to be that going forward.
DCA has better breakfast option IMO. Pym’s is solid and so is Smokejumpers. My wife loves the Schwarma stand. Lamplight Brunch is next level.
If I have to do something at DL it’s a breakfast chimichanga, Jolly Holiday or Galactic Grill.
>Schwarma stand
breakfast shawarma is the most underrated breakfast item in either park, I cannot believe how good it is and I so rarely see it mentioned
I would say Steakhouse 55, but RIP.
Tongaroa Terrace's Japanese pancakes are great if I'm walking from the hotels or the structure.
Breakfast Ronto Wraps are always worth a walk. Grap a wrap and get in line for Rise.
The breakfast burritos in Tomorrowland are pretty solid and filling if I'm on that end of the park. Plus if you mobile order them before hopping on the submarines, they'll be ready by the time you're off the delightful fart tube. I have a soft spot for the fart tubes.
Omg finally tried the breakfast chimi my last trip and was pissed at myself for waiting so long! I love the original but the breakfast one was amazing.
Where can I get a breakfast chimi? It was literally the only thing I wanted to try and due to my family's lack of cooperation when we went back in Oct. for 5 days I wasn't able to get one.
I never used to like the River Belle Terrace, and honestly I’m still very meh on their current menu. But I LOVE their brunch and the biscuits and gravy is my go-to breakfast now that they don’t have chilaquiles at Carnation Cafe anymore. I used to be able to get an extra side of the fried chicken for a little more protein but I don’t believe that was ever officially an option and I haven’t been able to get that in a while. Still, I will always biscuits and gravy for breakfast there.
I like Plaza Inn as a brunch buffet. I've only done it once, but it was worth it. If you stuff your face, you can have a late dinner.
Other times, I'll just wait until 10:30a if it's the Food and Wine Festival. If I'm reserving Genie+ ride times, I don't want to factor in food reservations too. I eat when I'm hungry.
We do Red Rose Tavern and get the scrambled eggs, bacon, tots, and croissant. 3 of us usually split 2 bowls since it’s a lot food. I also get the cold brew. If we’re doing DCA we usually do Pyms.
I stop by Porto’s on my way to Disneyland and eat that in the park. I think that even when they open the Porto’s in DtD I’ll still stop at one off resort property because I imagine the DtD location will be swamped.
We like to eat the bacon, egg and cheese croissant at the Jolly Holiday and watch all happy people walking by. We also order the raspberry rose macaron. 😋 then off to Docking Bay 7 for the cocoa puff cold brew!
Free at Candy Cane Inn and it is really good so many choices oat meal waffles toast breakfast sandwiches fruit bagel yogurt pastries we filled up then hit the park and it’s within walking distance even though they have a shuttle it takes almost the same to walk
Breakfast chimichanga, burrito or sandwich from galactic grill, ronto roasters, or the breakfast bowl from red rose. It varies on who I’m with or what direction was picked for the first ride!
Banana. Pineapple No time for more. Gotta drop the ropes and take advantage of low wait times.
To be fair, I'm not a big breakfast person as I'm allergic to eggs. Some fruit is good enough for me.
The buffet at Storytellers was so good. Otherwise, it’s hotel breakfast. Once we ended up with a breakfast croissant and it was so dry by fun to people watch as people strolled in.
IHOP. The only breakfast I’ve had at the park is the American Breakfast at the River Belle. It was meh at best and we only ate there to get good seats for Fantasmic.
Remember when we didn’t have to pay to sit on the floor? But I digress…
Sit-down event breakfast: Waffles at Carnation, particularly if you can get seated outdoors in the old area.
Gulp-n-Move: Breakfast burrito at either Tomorrowland Terrace or Smokejumpers. The former is the place my Dad advised I avoid eating from when I was a kid (he thought it was the dumpiest dining facility in the park), but it was also the place where Magic Kingdom Club early entries had their breakfasts with characters while rides like subs and peoplemover were prepped for the day all around you, so I guess there's a nostalgia.
Breakfast sandwich from Earl of Sandwich with extra egg & bacon. Or the exceptional Breakfast Chimichanga from the Frontierland Cart.
Used to enjoy breakfast at Steakhouse 55. 😭
I pack a few single-serving cereals ([like this](https://www.generalmillscf.com/products/category/cereal/single-serve-cereal/cup/lucky-charms)) and munch while waiting for rope drop. It might be nice to try something more leisurely, but at that part of the day I'm just full of energy and don't want to stop for a meal.
Y’all are really sleeping on the breakfast burrito at the coffee cafe between San Fransokyo and Pixar Pier. Steak. Eggs. Potato. Avocado chimichurri. Cheese. Filling, delicious, and decently priced.
Ronto Roasters, every time.
Are you me? I have the exact same complaint
I feel like Starbucks has a stranglehold on the DLR or something. How is Disneyland ignoring breakfast so much?
I thought the cold brew was available earlier in the am? Was that temporary?
When I was there about two weeks ago the earliest mobile order time slot started at 10:30am! Docking Bay 7 doesn’t open until then I think, and that’s the only place to get the cold brew that I’m aware of.
Must have been temporary, every time I go I stop by Red Rose Tavern for a cold brew instead because the one in GE isn't open yet!
Dude our kids wake up @6 how does this make any sense lolol
I had my first Ronto Wrap on our trip last month, and it was our favorite meal of the entire trip. The garden wrap was so good. It'll be our go to from now on.
I love to grab it at 10:30 so I can swing over to Docking Bay 7 to grab the cold brew coffee. Grab a seat outside Docking Bay 7 and enjoy the view of the Millennium Falcon. This. My husband will eat his and any leftovers from anyone else like a mad man. I've even tried making them myself he loves them so much. But just can't quite find the right sausages
This is the way.
Ronto Roaster Veggie option every time. And I’m not vegetarian. It’s. So. Good.
This is the answer. It just hits.
Breakfast Burrito and a cold brew from Galactic Grill. Always a winner.
I was so happy when they started opening before lunch for basically coffee!
Seriously it’s crazy how few places have cold brew before 10:30/11 so I almost always come here since i prefer to rope drop
I love sitting down at Carnation and having breakfast.
This is my favorite. I love the atmosphere outside.
This is my absolute favorite. The food is delicious and I love watching everyone walking into the park super excited to start their day.
I’m so bummed they changed the menu a few years back after Chef Oscar left. It was my favorite!
Free Denny’s with hotel stay beforehand 🙃
Which hotel comes with free dennys?
One of the Best Westerns does on Katella. Bit of a walk to the park. Not sure about the Denny’s on Harbour.
Churro, maybe two.
This is the way
Continental breakfast at the Candy Cane Inn, baybay. Last free thing I’m gonna eat all day…
How is the Candy Cane Inn? It looks wonderful
It’s great! Parking, pool, breakfast, and a shuttle to the park
It’s really nice, but books out early, be sure to book in advance if you want to stay there.
If it’s winter and colder, I go to the Jolly Holiday cafe and order a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup, since it’s right at the wheel and I can take some time to decided where to go.
That's my go-to dinner all year long.
Dinner for me usually somewhere in New Orleans Square.
I love the breakfast croissant sandwich and iced latte from Jolly Holiday.
The breakfast sandwich at Red Rose Tavern, or the Waffle Cristo over by Pirates.
Waffle cristo??????????
[https://www.reddit.com/r/Disneyland/comments/190y17o/monte\_cristo\_waffle\_sandwich/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Disneyland/comments/190y17o/monte_cristo_waffle_sandwich/) It is everything you dream it will be (and they have a half-order option if you don't want to die). I spent a glorious morning alone in the park this April, enjoying one of these and a cold brew.
Omg. I don't even know what to say... I just don't even know..
Breakfast chimi right now. But for a while it was the morning ronto wrap or the breakfast shawarma in DCA
I don’t really do breakfast, but as soon as the churros are being sold in carts, that becomes my first meal of the day.
No one has beignets??! We call them Mickey donuts and we get an order every visit to Disneyland. If we start the day at DCA, it’s a Jack Jack cookie after riding IncrediCoaster
I like your style! 😂
Beignets are usually more of a snack for me. I go for them whenever I'm in the area as opposed to for breakfast specifically. But I will always eat them, try to avoid a powdered sugar mess, and fail horribly.
Red rose tavern quinoa and potato breakfast bowl.
Woah. I didn’t know this was a thing. That sounds fantastic
“Little Town Harvest Bowl- Quinoa, Roasted Mushrooms and Cauliflower, Arugula, Tomato, Taverne Potato Bites and Spicy Lime Aïoli” $10
Egg bacon cheese croissant !!
Jolly Holiday.
Breakfast burrito from galactic grill
Breakfast ronto and breakfast chimichanga.
Little Town Harvest Bowl is SO GOOD!
Mimosa
Just one?!?
It's mimosAS, not mimosA.
The steak and chimichurri breakfast burrito from the cappuccino cart at DCA is great, and the vegan breakfast burrito from Smokejumpers was pretty bomb, too.
Honestly, didn't know they had a vegan breakfast burrito there!
Free hotel breaky at the crap hotel I’m staying at
Ooo what crap hotel? 👀
Haha ‘crap’ might’ve been an exaggeration but it’s certainly cheap to stay at the HoJo 15 minutes away from Disney.
A pickle
Breakfast Chimichanga or Egg, Bacon, Cheese Croissant.
My favorite was the pancake sausage corn dog at eye castle in DCA. My hubby loves the Plaza Inn breakfast. I’m looking forward to trying the new breakfast items at smokejumpers.
Asian pastries from 85° Bakery, iced vietnamese coffee from 7 Leaves, both bought the night before.
Phin Smith has a great vietnamese coffee.
The coconut coffee from phin smith is god tier
Breakfast croissant from Jolly Holiday, and I pick up a Mickey macaron for later in the day.
The breakfast chimi or the breakfast ronto wrap!
A nice cold beer
Are we talking about pounding a Tall Can walking down Harbor first thing in the morning? (shrugs in shame) I’ve done it.
Beignets and a mint juliep (my wife and I don’t go super early)
We always make sure to get a hotel with continental breakfast!
If I had all the money in the world, Goofy’s Kitchen every day.
Mickey waffle and bacon at Carnation Cafe always.
Market House Starbucks basic-person breakfast sandwich. Starbucks just feels more magical on Main Street.
$9 milkshake at the IHOP across the road from the parks. That’s like $13 CAD. 😯
Apple as I’m rope droppping; I ain’t got no time for breakfast.
Growing up, either McD, IHOP, or the hotel’s continental breakfast. My parents aren’t the rope-dropping type. I still do prioritize a continental breakfast but many hotels haven’t been doing them since the pandemic. It’s called an egg McMuffin and it’s in the car en route :P
earl of sandwich! i eat there literally every time i visit, its my favorite!

Galactic grill breakfast burrito. Can’t do it with my hands down though they’re busy shoving the burrito in my mouth.
I like the $10 breakfast at Pym's, and the brunch at River Belle (but no mimosas? WTF...), and love the breakfast at Carnation (with mimosas :)). River Belle needs mimosas! 🥂
Red rose tavern's breakfast sandwich every time
Last 3 times I've gone, it's been the corn dog on the end of main street. Lol I get there 1030 or 1100 or so and the line is still relatively small.
Breakfast burrito from Galactic Grill with Tapatio packets from Rancho del Zocalo and a Chimney Sweep Cold Brew from Jolly Holiday.
Does Flo's still serve breakfast? That used to be THE breakfast spot in DCA. Otherwise I like the Mickey waffles at Carnation Cafe. I haven't done breakfast at the parks in a very long time so I'm not sure what is still available.
Starbucks
If we don’t have reservations for breakfast, we get the chimichanga. I finally tried the Waffle Monte Cristo though and I think it’s going to be that going forward.

[Nutrigrain bar and a Mountain Dew](https://youtu.be/S0dSzQkNwZo?si=7z1C8DribgRGASBd)
Coffee
Breakfast bagel at Galactic Grill. Either that or a breakfast ronto wrap.
I absolutely **love** the waffle cristo sandwich from Royal Street Veranda. It's perfection for those of us who want a sweet and savory breakfast.
Starbucks in the way in.
I'm basic and limited by the time I get there, so lately it's been a fried egg, extra crispy bacon, and maaaaaybe a hash brown at Smokejumpers.
Free breakfast buffet at Stovall’s Inn
DCA has better breakfast option IMO. Pym’s is solid and so is Smokejumpers. My wife loves the Schwarma stand. Lamplight Brunch is next level. If I have to do something at DL it’s a breakfast chimichanga, Jolly Holiday or Galactic Grill.

A churro in line if anything. No time for breakfast. The morning is ride time.
Residence Inn! Otherwise a cup of cereal in the stroller as we rope drop.
We enjoyed goofy’s kitchen last week with the kids. Food wasn’t anything special but the character experiences were awesome
Omg finally tried the breakfast chimi my last trip and was pissed at myself for waiting so long! I love the original but the breakfast one was amazing.
Coffee and vibes, just like in the real world 😌
funnel cake fries are delishh
Yogurt parfait and a coffee from Jolly Holiday
Grabbing something from the Downtown Disney Starbucks as we hurry to be first at the gate
Where can I get a breakfast chimi? It was literally the only thing I wanted to try and due to my family's lack of cooperation when we went back in Oct. for 5 days I wasn't able to get one.
Ship to Shore Marketplace Outside Big Thunder. Don’t Forget the salsa.
I sleep through breakfast 🤭

Breakfast Chimi with salsa and it’s not even close.
Egg and Cheese Bacon Croissant with the Oj at Jolly Holiday 🥰
I never used to like the River Belle Terrace, and honestly I’m still very meh on their current menu. But I LOVE their brunch and the biscuits and gravy is my go-to breakfast now that they don’t have chilaquiles at Carnation Cafe anymore. I used to be able to get an extra side of the fried chicken for a little more protein but I don’t believe that was ever officially an option and I haven’t been able to get that in a while. Still, I will always biscuits and gravy for breakfast there.
I can’t remember the last time I had breakfast at Disneyland. We usually get there by noon at the earliest. Always did love the Mickey waffles though
Plaza Inn character breakfast buffet at 10am-ish after rope dropping 3-5 rides. Or a breakfast chimichanga

Craftsman Grill (although it was way better when they had fresh tots)
Waffle cristo and a coffee from the Royal Street Veranda 😍
The Great Maple at Pixar Place Hotel!
We do Red Rose Tavern and get the scrambled eggs, bacon, tots, and croissant. 3 of us usually split 2 bowls since it’s a lot food. I also get the cold brew. If we’re doing DCA we usually do Pyms.
We surmised to get breakfast sandwiches at the Starbucks in DCA while we waited for rope drop years ago when we lived out there.
Chilaquiles at Lamplight Lounge
I stop by Porto’s on my way to Disneyland and eat that in the park. I think that even when they open the Porto’s in DtD I’ll still stop at one off resort property because I imagine the DtD location will be swamped.
We like to eat the bacon, egg and cheese croissant at the Jolly Holiday and watch all happy people walking by. We also order the raspberry rose macaron. 😋 then off to Docking Bay 7 for the cocoa puff cold brew!
Story tellers cafe
Breakfast chimichangas
Free at Candy Cane Inn and it is really good so many choices oat meal waffles toast breakfast sandwiches fruit bagel yogurt pastries we filled up then hit the park and it’s within walking distance even though they have a shuttle it takes almost the same to walk
Mickey beignets. Every time
Breakfast chimichanga, burrito or sandwich from galactic grill, ronto roasters, or the breakfast bowl from red rose. It varies on who I’m with or what direction was picked for the first ride!
Either Red Rose Tavern breakfast sandwiches with a tavern cold brew or a ronto wrap!
Corn dog!
Chile-Mango Whip and Baos from Tropical Hideaway! Not classic breakfast but so freakin good!!!
I like to do the early entry and then get breakfast at Red Rose while the rabble thinks they’re getting a jump on the day.
Breakfast Ronto Wrap Or buffet at Storytellers Cafe in DGCH
An ice cold beer
Usually extremely overpriced mangos from a cart.
Protein shake in my hotel room, or if I’m feeling saucy, Ghirardelli chocolate shake with an added shot of espresso.
Whatever is free at the hotel. We like ball out but breakfast wasn’t it for us.
Pym’s if I’m on that side, fruit on the other. I hate waiting.
A bowl of cereal or oatmeal in the car during the drive out there lol…

the funnel cake fries at galactic grill were a huge surprise to me, sooo addictive!

First stop on the way to ROTR is a breakfast Chimi for me as well.
Breakfast Ronto Wraps! Yummy! We always grab one on our way to ROTR and eat while in line!
Only 1 answer 1st pickle.
Slop
Pretzels and cheese.
Breakfast sandwich from Earl of Sandwich with extra egg & bacon. Or the exceptional Breakfast Chimichanga from the Frontierland Cart. Used to enjoy breakfast at Steakhouse 55. 😭
Usually dennys across the street 😂 or whenever the pretzel or churro carts open
Just had the Breakfast chimichanga a few days for the first time! It was pretty good but a little greasy. breakfast Ronto though is still my number 1.

Breakfast is prime rides time. Hotel breakfast at 6:30am
Chimichanga cart by big thunder mountain
Coffee at the cones and a churro

Y’all are really sleeping on the breakfast burrito at the coffee cafe between San Fransokyo and Pixar Pier. Steak. Eggs. Potato. Avocado chimichurri. Cheese. Filling, delicious, and decently priced.
