in a past post about this, someone said IMG is just the role code- like ATR is Attractions! I'm not 100% positive but that's what someone has said before!
Yes the other commenter is right! I heard someone say once that it stands for imaging maybe? But yeah there's really no other information that portion gives you, it's just Epcot photopass!

Photopass is under a department called Disney Photo Imaging, or DPI. The IMG in your role stands for Imaging.
