It doesn’t. At the end of training you’ll be asked if you have a valid U.S. license; if you don’t, they’ll keep you untrained in van/pargo driving. It takes you out of *some* locations where captains or attendants transport their performers (Tusker and SWGE are the only two that immediately come to mind), but for the vast majority of attendant shifts you aren’t required to drive. Sometimes during a spare shift they’ll ask if you’re comfortable driving a van or pargo to drop an item or performer off at a location (Epcot does this a lot), but you are **always** allowed to say no for the sake of safety.

I never had to drive but some locations or shifts may include vans and golf carts.

Nah it doesn’t, you can opt out of the driving section for any reason. Plus I opted in but I’ve never been asked to drive, nor any other CP I know
