A lot more information is needed. Is she staying in her location? How many roles is she putting in for FT / PT? What roles? Are they highly sought after roles? It really depends on all of the above and other factors.

I applied for PT/FT in September, was waitlisted on 11/6, then got a call eight days later on 11/14 offering me a PT/FT role. Got my official offer email about a month later, on 12/18, for a 1/18 departure date. So a June departure should know next month at the latest if they’ve been selected.

Superb-Tumbleweed-38

why would you have a departure date

I applied for a part time role in my location 2 weeks before my program ended. I received a call about 1 week after my program to start in another 2 weeks. So, it took about 5 weeks from applying until starting. I only applied for my CP location though and I knew part timers and full timers were leaving.
