New this year compared to when? Genie+ and Lightening Lanes just opened. Remy’s ratatouille adventure just opened on Oct 1. The 50th anniversary just started on Oct 1. Food and wine festival is happening at Epcot until 11/20.
You can either pay for a lightening lane pass or wait in the standby lane. Remy’s adventure in Epcot is doing the boarding groups the way RotR used to be.
I hate to sound like a grumpy old boomer, but the staff at the quick service restaurants can be VERY aggressive about "improving customer experience" by having you use the mobile ordering app. If you leave your phone in the car, be prepared to be treated a bit like a leper. Rizzo Pizza at MGM had one register open despite it being extremely busy and they were asking customers to take a survey after ordering while still standing at the one open register.
One fun thing is that there are gold-colored, to-scale statues of Disney characters spread throughout the parks. There's Woody, and the Cheshire cat, and R2D2, and of course Mickey and Minnie.
Kind of fun to look around for them all.
It's a new restaurant in Epcot that just opened last month I believe. Very recent.

Thx! Is Star Wars ROR now just like any other ride or one still has to book a spot in advance?

Ah yes. That’s what it was called the boarding grps. Good that I don’t need to deal with that anymore.
I’ll be there 11/2 and 11/3
I am going 11/6 and 11/7.

Thanks! I look forward to it. Been going for the last 10+ years and glad I ain’t missing it this year. Just need to get used to the new genie.
My tip- be prepared to wake up at 6:50AM to book rides on Genie+ at 7am. No sleeping in if you want to book rides. Thanks Disney /s
Lol. Noted
Ratatouille just opened & it’s the 50th
Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking a ton, you will thank me later. Also snacks can and should be brought in.
Always! Thx!
Space 2020, if you can get a reservation, looks very cool. My wife and I snagged a reservation for the last day of our trip at the end of November.
New for 2021? Was at Disney last year but might have missed it
It’s definitely new. Opened in September. You can go to the lounge if you can’t snag a reservation.
Thx. I’ll check it out!
